I've booked a junior suite. Room was big, nice and clean. Every water-tab is very loud. If your neighbour turns it on, you are going to wake up! The balcony door was not lockable. The nearby street is very loud. Unless you have a very deep sleep, you're gonna wake up at 6:00 latest! The minibar could be very loud... More

We stayed for 5 nights and 4 of the nights were in room 902. Large room with a balcony overlooking the main street. Nice view was the plus, however the breakfast lounge is on the same floor. 5:30 am the cook opens up the kitchen and the noise echoes very badly through out the floor. Very noisy and it will... Great little hotel, very clean, great staff very helpful. Will go back to the same hotel if I am in Medellin again. Only serves breakfast but plenty of food outlets in the local area. Very good air con.

This hotel is not at walking distance of anything. In three days we took probably 4 or 5 taxis and only one of them knew how to get there (because of one way streets and no entry streets.) The metro station El Poblado is not at walking distance. You need to take a cab anywhere you go. Staff was not... More

I was expecting a mediocre room, but this was the opposite. The rooms are clean and beautiful and have a jacuzzi in them. Most SHOCKING, this place is affordable. The view from my balcony of the mountains was appealing also. The neighborhood is very hilly, but quiet and safe. There's a few shopping centers within walking distance or a $2... More

Cristian (at the front desk) and Miller (bell boy) where the ones to receive us and I have no complaints. Their kindness set the pace for our amazing 4 days in Medellin. Nevermind the lady that was there during the day, who seemed like she needed more sleep. (Small downfall, not significant enough to change my opinion in the entire... More

Amazing view of the city. Most important malls are 5min cab. The room is big with a nice jacuzzi. Breakfast is included and is good. People are very nice with you and give you advice if you need anything. The gym on the other hand needs an update. Only three very old and damaged machines.

The room was beautiful as well as the view. The staff was very helpful and prompt to help. Breakfast was very good. Walk distance to "Parque Lleras" about 20 minutes. We could take a cab to the Poblado train station that really connects you with everything.
