Lovely staff who are helpful and friendly. We stayed in a 6 bed dorm before and after the Lost City Trek. We stored out bags in the hostel. The dorm was bright and spacious. It was quiet enough at night (even though it is upstairs beside the bar). The beds all have individual fans which is great for keeping you...

Right next to parque de los novios where all the fun and restaurants are, this hostel offers different types of rooms. We stayed at a private ensuite with ac and it was comfy (bed a bit too soft) and clean. The terrace is a great plus and the included breakfast is impressive. Only downside is that the bar on the...

Great location. Great environment. Pool, cheap bar, great international crowd, very helpful staff. Good value. Fast internet. Clean rooms, linen, comfortable mattresses, good washroom. The shower can be improved.

The people are very friendly and all facilities are perfect! Ac is not available in dorms but everyone has his personal ventilator. I used to need airco but actually it's much better with a fan. Before going to bed take a swim to cool off and stay cool the night. Also my nose is not blocked anymore due to the...

The hostal is very close to Plazoletade los novios where there are tons of restaurants, bars, and beautique hotels. Just walking distance to Cathederal and Gold Museum Friendly staff and very helpful with tips to sightsee surroundings or advice excursions.

We stayed at Jackie's twice, either side of a great visit to Palomino, and it's a total winner. The rooftop terrace is sun-drenched but also catches a great breeze and is open and airy and great for hanging out and yarning over a few beers. Their superb free breakfasts are also served up here with multiple options including fruit and...

I stayed in the 8 bed dorm, all the staff were really nice, at the front desk and the volunteers at the bar. It was always really clean, has good location and good breakfast. I would stay there again.

Great place to use as a home base while stopping through and taking trips up the coast. You can store your bigger bag here which comes in handy for Tayrona. Also a good location for Santa Marta right near a popular square. Rooms are basic but have all you need, and there are multiple options for breakfast(included) on the terrace....

The location of this hostel was great. Really close to the main square where all the food and drinking places are. We had a bad experience of this hostel. On checking in the receptionist was more interested in watching YouTube or FB than servicing us. He didn't give us the free towels included, didn't tell us when breakfast was served...
