We found it to be clean and comfortable. it is not 5 stars ,but it did have granite counters and decent furiture. it is a timeshare property so you don't get daily maid service. The studio unit has a kitchenette. The nearby Wyndham, also a timeshare is more modern. Wyndham is however one block off the boardwalk.
