I spent 2 nights in this hotel, quite central located but still quiet and peaceful. Room was big and clean, with a small telly and wifi. My room was on the last floor with a small balcony and you had a glimpse of the ocean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was nice.

This is a nice mid-priced hotel with very good location, just 5 min walk form the town center. Rooms are clean with king-sized beds. Comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Our only problem was the breakfast. The food variety is very very limited and the omlett that we ordered was not the taste that we used to. But this...

Location is great; just a short walk to town. The room we had included balcony, king-sized bed, t.v., air conditioning (which worked great), small safe, and couch (it may have been a fold-out, but we never checked). The linens were not fabulous, but certainly adequate. The pillows were pretty flat, and there were only two of them, so we asked...

My sons (age 10), husband, and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filtered water is available in the lobby. The hotel looks like a Gaudí building in Barcelona. It is well located tucked away on a quiet street in a central part of town. Only negatives:...

We stayed for 5 days and were quite satisfied. The staff were very helpful and responded well to every request. The location is very good, being close to the main street and the restaurants. It would be nice if the rooms were a bit larger and the TV a bit better located, but after all, it isn't a big city....

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. AC was terrific. Location was great for visiting the main street and near many restaurants. My only caveat would be if you have trouble with stairs, the room we stayed on had a spiral staircase up with no railing. Other than that this is a terrific place to stay.

From Baltra airport it took us about 1h 15min to reach Mainao hotel. You need to take the free bus, then boat ($1) and finally either bus or taxi ($18). The hotel design is very gaudistic and unique, we absolutely loved it. Staff were friendly and helpful, ac worked great, as did wifi although speeds are slow. The hotel is...

This is a wonderful hotel that has all sorts of stairs and curves. Nothing is straight and its great. The blend of concrete and wood is something else. The staff were really helpful. We came late for breakfast the first day and they still gave us something to eat. I would definitely stay again here. The AC worked great. Its...

The location of this hotel is perfect. On a quiet side street, a short walk to the main street. The staff was very nice and the room was large, clean, and very comfortable. All in all a good place to stay whilst on Santa Cruz Island.

My husband has known the owner for years. We stayed here with my mom and dad. The rooms on the upper floors have a view of the ocean, and you can hear the sound of the waves on the shore. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Any time we needed something, there was someone around who could help us....

“Be aware that some of the rooms are 3-4 flights up and there is no elevator. So if you have challenges with stairs, ask for a room on the ground level. I did not enquire, but I did notice signs which indicated wheelchair access, so worth asking about.”
