we came to stay in a private villa and found it not clean and not suitable for us at all, we came to the hotel at night after we went to many resorts and hotel, they accepted all our special requests we had 2 dogs and my mother in a wheelchair and they served us in a professional way and very helpful and friendly stuff and the owner was following up with us everything and the most important thing the resort was full they have thier gustes already.. and we had some raw food they cook it for us,, we had a fantastic and awesome stay in it. Thank you for all of the stuff and the owner.
My mother and brother live in Dahab, and have frequented the Ganet Sinai restaurant area often, ordering food at the table and accessing the sea from the beach. On this occasion, my family and I had just ordered lunch at the Restaurant, and my two brothers and I laid out towels on the sand in an empty space closest to the sea and sat on the beach (we knew that you had to rent the sunbeds, so we did not go near them), while our parents remained seated at the Restaurant table. A man wearing no identifying uniform or name tag came to tell us we had to get up and leave or pay to stay sitting there. My brother speaks fluent Arabic, and asked him who he was and where was this rule that we had to pay to simply sit on the beach, if we were paying guests of the Restaurant. Therefore this man, who we later discovered to be a "beach boy" named Mohammed, walked my brother to the reception, rudly saying "Don't you speak Arabic to me" and "You talk too much". We did not have an issue with there being a fee, it was the manner in which we were told to get up and leave by Mohammed, despite being clients of the resort. The reception simply made excuses for Mohammed's behaviour, and did not acknowledge the two e-mails I sent the owner, simply asking for an apology. Think twice about deciding to stay here or visit their restaurant; despite there being very pleasant employees such as the restaurant staff, the way this event was handled says a lot with regards to client handling, in English, Arabic, or any other language. Don't ruin you stay in wonderful Dahab by choosing the Ganet Sinai.…
I never stayed here but we are eating frequently at the restaurant because are using the surf school next door. For the price, the food is great. Salads are really good (70 Egyptian for Caesar or seafood, good portion). Fried rice also good and from seeing others being served, pizza looks good too... plus the beer is cold (extra points for the chilled glasses!) :) would recommend for a cheap and easy lunch when you’re at the lagoon.
I stayed there for 3 nights, the staff were friendly, the place in general is quiet and good for families with kids, my comments is the service is poor, no rooms amenities, bathroom is ok, and the food is ok too.
Well, I was here as part of my visit to Dahab hospital. It is a nice, calm and well-organized resort. It is a perfect one for families with a nearby supermarket. The breakfast was great with multiple kinds of dishes. The air conditioner efficiently worked. Finally, the staff there were not so friendly
