We have just returned from Egypt, Titanic Royal Hotel and I want to write you some impressions.
Being a pandemic year, we had 3 canceled holidays and we decided on the last hundred meters to choose a stay in Egypt with a flight from our city. I had a small list of several hotels and I chose Titanic Royal because it is new and because it has swim up rooms. Later it turned out to be a very good choice.
We were pleasantly surprised by what we found in this hotel: cleanliness, disinfectants everywhere, welcoming staff and a very good vibe in the resort. Being occupied with only 50% of the capacity, it was always very free and without congestion.
Very good food (we had read negative reviews about food and had emotions). It is not as diverse as in Turkey (where in my opinion there is a lot of waste) but all the food was tasty (in my opinion, much tastier than in Turkey) and fresh. You could find fish, chicken and beef at every meal (cooked in many ways) plus lots of side dishes.
In the dessert category, Many of them with fruit, especially mango, my favorite. Basically I found the dessert heaven here (I want to specify that they were not like other hotels with a lot of cream and a lot of coloring, there were many cakes, some good , with the taste of homemade cakes). In terms of fruit, you can always find bananas, oranges, grafts, grapes, apples and dates, our favorites. Breakfast, very varied with many good cheeses, vegetables, fruits, pastries (also very good) jams, compotes, omelettes, etc.
At dinner, every night there was another specific, such as: Mexican, international, Egyptian, French, etc. You could find both food with that specific and other types. Very good every time. Also every night I found a district only with starters, all sorts of things, extremely beautifully arranged - clearly their kitchen was passionate about plating and the way the food looks.
They also have 4 A la carte restaurants, where we made appointments (Mongolian, Japanese, Chinese and Italian). Good food at these restaurants as well. At the Mongolian you chose your own ingredients and the chef cooked them in front of you on a large grill, at the Japanese ff the show is beautiful, the Chinese is interesting and the Italian is very good. Drinks like anywhere, we drank wine, water and orange juice in the morning.
The refrigerator in the room was supplied daily with 3 bottles of 0.5 water, one of 1.5 sprites and a cola. It was enough for us. The cleaning was done daily (if you left $ 2 on the bed, they would be even more interested 😁) and the changed towels were sealed in bags, even the ones for the beach.
Clean, spacious beach with smooth entry into the water, ideal for families with children. at about 300 m from the sea is full of corals and fish. We had a snorkeling mask and we enjoyed the beauties of the sea every day.
In conclusion, we recommend this hotel to both young couples and families with children. 🙂

I will admit the expectations were set high, however the hotel did not disappoint. Once you arrive you are instantly welcome by smiling faces, people who are there to help and make you feel relaxed. We were taken to our apartment with a lovely view of the children’s pools, beach and sea. The furniture is almost brand new, you get two single beds, one king size, 1 bathroom + shower. The balcony was on the large side, again nice view, table to enjoy a drink in the evening and smoking was allowed outside. There are also two 42” TVs in the apartment. We had our meals in the main restaurant, and once visited the a la carte italian option. In both cases, the food was great, lots of variety, surely enough anyone will find something to their liking. There is a different theme each evening in the main restaurant, only the breakfast being a repeat. Outside you will have an “unlimited” number of pools, there literally is more water than pavement, which is very good. All pools ate extremely clean, fit for all purposes, from children’s to adults pools, slides to pool bars. You also have a huge beach, sun-chairs being separated for privacy, and large umbrellas to keep the shade.
For us the kids club was a blessing. The temperature could get pretty hot, so we took advantage of this facility and it’s AC.

The hotel itself is one of the cleanest facilities we have visited. The food was lovely and we are happy to have experienced some of the local cuisine and flavours.
But most important was the staff. Three people have made our stay the most enjoyable vacation yet. Ahmed (327), this man is so attentive with the client, he knows what you like, he knows what to recommend, he makes sure that while you are in his area you stay and leave happy. Allaa (350), you are fun, you a are hard worker and one of the fastest bartenders I’ve seen. This man can take orders from 2-3 different people at once, serve them all, never make a mistake. Badri (340), service at its finest, every single day, as soon as we walk in the restaurant the high chair for the baby is prepared, he makes sure we have all we need, a good table, no direct AC on the baby, all the needs we would express he will gladly do. For these three people we would definitely return. I am sure all are special, but I want to express my gratitude for these three gentlemen.

I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling with a child. You would have so many programmes for kids, from indoor entertainment, outside pools, shallow sea water, disco for kids, special menu, they have thought of it all.

Visited Titanic Royal for a week at the start of October and what can I say, excellent from arrival to departure.

I own my own travel agency (Sharm Travel) and I specialise in Egypt so i've been in numerous hotels all over the country and I am pleased to say Titanic Royal is up there with the best.

The hotel is modern and decorated beautifully, the staff from reception on arrival to the guys in the restaurants, bars and round the pools to gardeners and room attendants, everyone is so friendly and helpful all the time. I work with a lot of hotel managers in my job but I can honestly say Mr Ayman is one of the best, he's visible at all times, completely hands on, checking the hotel is running as it should. Very friendly and approachable and fantastic at what he does.

The buffet restaurant is fantastic, plenty of choice, food always fresh and hot, different themes on different nights of the week but always another choice outwith the theme as well. The hotel has plenty of a la carte options, italian, asian, teppanyaki, mongolian and greek - fantastic menus and lovely food, service is great. You just book these via whatsapp the day prior between 10am and 12 noon.

The whatsapp support service is a great addition to the hotel, puts you in touch with guest relations and you can book restaurants, request fresh towels, iron etc for the room and the response is so efficient.

We had a ground floor pool view room which led directly out to the pools, sun all day in winter, room 2033. The room was modern and cleaned to a high standard. The main pool bar is beside these rooms and the lovely Omar was always on hand to make the BEST fresh mojitos.

In the evening the animation team have an entertainment programme and there is usually music upstairs in the bar as well. Because we have kids we chose to stay downstairs at the fountain bar. The waiters there were fantastic, great with my kids and again Omar was on shift with the best cocktails in Hurghada! Should also mention Ahmed, Dahy and Shazly their manager, fantastic service from these guys day and night.

This hotel suits both adults and families alike, the swim up rooms are adult only and there are some adult only dining options. For families they have 2 splash parks, kids play park, kids club, games room and mini disco etc.

Our week flew by, we had an amazing time and we will not hesitate to come back. This hotel has always been a popular choice with my customers and I will continue to sell it safe in the knowledge that my customers will have the best time and be looked after from start to finish.

Just came back from a week travelling as a family of 3 we had amazing time the food was great, plenty of choice for everyone we were with a very fussy 6 year old and he ate so well. The hotel facilities are clean, spacious we had a room overlooking the pool and sea which was lovely to wake up to everyday. The pool choice was good but due to the time of year only certain pools are heated one of which is a kids pool. We stayed in room 1149 are cleaner was outstanding (Mohamed 187) every day he kept our 6 year old boy entertained with different towel models. He couldn’t do enough for us a credit to himself and the hotel. Also the pool bar barmen (Adam 327) absolutely hilarious and again couldn’t do enough. Also the head of entertainment svetiana she is a breath of fresh air and was absolutely amazing we only met her on the last couple of days of our holiday but she was lovely. All in all an amazing 7 days we will be back.

We booked this hotel based on the reviews on here. We stayed here from 7th -21st March. Check in was really quick, there was a bit of a mix up with the room type I’d booked but this was quickly resolved. Reception staff were great on our last day too and looked after us very well.
We stayed in room 1251 which had a view of the sea and this biggest comfiest bed I’ve every slept in. Our room was cleaned every day by a guy with a name begging with E (sorry can’t remember his name) but he looked after us very well, replenishing our soft drinks and looking after me with extra coffee mate sachets 😊
I know it’s been mentioned before but the whole of the staff that work here do an amazing job, they’re so friendly and always smiling.
We had read in advance about the weather being cooler at night and they weren’t wrong, the temperature was up in the mid 20’s through the day and we had a few days that were overcast, but some nights with the wind picking up it was quite chilly.
This hotel is great for families and even though we travelled as a couple there were plenty of places to sit and chat. We particularly liked the VIP bar and thank all the guys in there who looked after us.
This was our 5th time to Egypt but our first to Hurghada, it’s the first time we have not had any tummy upset, which was a relief.
The food here is the best we’ve every had in Egypt, both in quality and quantity, and the desserts are amazing!!
The Coronavirus situation back in the UK was getting worse during our second week and Egypt cancelled incoming flights, EasyJet responded by cancelling all our return flights so we spent a few days stressing about our flights home. Luckily we did have our full 2 weeks there but some other people had their holidays cut short. As a result of this we did meet some lovely people.
I’m surprised this hotel isn’t as popular with British guests but I’m sure that will change once the word gets round.
We’ve just booked again for 11th March 2021 and can’t wait to return, thank you so much Team Titanic for your wonderful hospitality, stay safe and we’ll see you next year.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Check in obviously is 2 pm as normal. You can book the Al carte restaurant they have but booking is only available from 10 am to 12 noon. Obviously I was done out if one night in the restaurant as the rude receptionist told me I missed the booking time and I could book for the next night only. Check is very very slow. 45 minutes to check in. Only one room key was given for two people. This is very annoying as you need this specific room room key to turn on your electricity in your room. If one person leaves the room they can't bring the key as the electric will go off and you can't leave the door on snibb as the alarm will go off. Upon entering the room the electricity didn't work with out key. Call reception. Took 50 minutes to send someone up to fix it so we could get electric. Room was spotless and spacious and beautiful view of pool. One one sprite , and one one coke was in the mini bar and this wasn't filled my two days there. I asked for Coke zero. I'm home now and still waiting on mini bar bringing it.
My first morning there I got a lovely 8.30am wake up call from the travel team down stairs to ask if I wanted to go on any excursions. If I wanted to go on excursions I would book them I don't need an early morning wake up call. Then a further call later in the day asking what time I will check out tomorrow to come help with bags. It's fine you'll get a tip you don't need to have me checked out before I've even had my first lunch there.

Sitting by the pool and every half hour have someone tower over you to ask if you would like to buy any freshly squeezed juice from the bar. Firstly I think this is horrendous in a 5 start resort charging for squeezed juice , candy floss and ice cream Shame on you.

I know the pool guys have to get thier day in some how but please, if someone is by the pool alone sum bathing we don't a pool guard coming over asking where you are from what your name is etc, if I wanted to be pleasant and chatty I would have been there with friends not alone to chill. Would your country appreciate foreigners doing this to your women.

Nice beach. Food was ok I guess giving it was still during Covid. I did love the fact we all had our own Sanitizers on each table. hotel staff honestly need a course in Hotel Hospitality espically this being a 5 star resort.

We came to Titanic Royal for a family holiday and had an amazing time. The hotel is modern new and clean and caters for all guests family and couples. The room we were in was lovely clean and had an amazing pool view. Our house keeping was done by Talaat a real nice guy who took pride in his work and made sure we were always topped up with water and happy with our stay in our room. One reason why we chose this hotel was that it had 2 children’s pools with slides and it was just right for our 7 year old and 3 year old and they were always using the pools everyday. The pool attendants were fantastic they would get you your towels and loungers and anything else you would need, and also the lifeguard supervisor Moustaffa who would entertain the kids with his unique sound he would make with his mouth and hands, the kids thought it was so funny. Breakfast lunch and dinner was at the main restaurant served as a buffet and catered all types of foods and different country foods on different set days so nothing was the same everyday but still keeping the main types of foods people would like. I was fortunate to meet the executive chef mr Ashraf Abdel whom was in charge of all the food at this restaurant and 3 others being the Italian, Chinese and the Mongolian such amazing food. I had a special request to ask for which was traditional Egyptian tea and it was made for me every morning whom Mr Yousef the restaurant manager would serve me he was such a pleasant person. Chef Ashraf made sure any requests I had for me and my family we’re made to make my stay better he felt it was his duty and he did an amazing job with his fantastic selection of food, well done chef Ashraf. The restaurant staff were lovely polite and attentive Hakeem, Liza, Hossein 318 and Yousef all do a fantastic job over looked by one of the managers Mr Waleed Ali. I was also introduced to the manager of the hotel Mr Ayman Sayedi by chef Ashraf a nice person who welcomed me and my family to his hotel and you could see him always around making sure his guests were enjoying themselves and that his staff were giving there best, a credit to this man, well done Mr Ayman. The evening entertainment for kids was brilliant and my kids always looked forward to it, Oksana, Jayjay, Eddie, Ahmed, Marcelo Vika, and Lela would do dances DJ and quizzes to keep the kids entertained. We would also enjoy the shisha lounge run by Mohammed real nice guy who would make our shisha and our tea I will miss this guy such a hard worker and lovely to talk to. This was by far our best family holiday thank you.

Our holiday at Titanic Royal was a lovely, awesome experience. We are so happy we chose this resort to spend our vacation.
The food was very good and diverse and we had pretty good meal options for our two year old as well.
We were impressed with the cleanliness in the restaurant, the room, the beach, the pools, everywhere.
I absolutely LOVED the kids club, it was a nice place to take my baby when it was too hot for him to stay outside in the sun. They have nice toys, everything was baby-proof, so colorful and inviting for the kids.
The beach over there is just beautiful, very large, with fine sand and a smooth entrance in the water. The sun beds are comfortable and the umbrellas offer very good shade at all times of the day, which is very important to me.

The staff were very welcoming, courteous, helpful and just made the experience so awesome for us. We would like to give a special and warm appreciation to Alaa (350), Ahmed(372), and Badry(340). Thank you guys! We will always remember you! We’ve travelled a bit, but never had such a wonderful experience with the staff before. I just can’t say enough good words about them. So prompt, and kind, and attentive. The guys at the beach bar remembered what we liked to drink and brought the drinks to us constantly without us even having to ask. Even my baby could not stop smiling when he saw them.

There are a few things that could be improved at the hotel though… I think there should be more shade in the alleys, as the sun is burning constantly and when you go from the beach to the restaurant there is absolutely no shade, and it’s quite a long walk.
Also, it would be nice to have a towel center near the beach.
I would also suggest to provide more water bottles in the rooms, as we felt we never had enough bottled water. You can take as many as you want from the bar, but we also needed extra water in our room to prepare the baby formula and wash the bibs. And the two liters we had was not enough.
Last but not least, I would like to address the issue of the floors. All surfaces are extremely slippery. You feel safer walking on ice. In the rooms, the hotel areas, by the pools, and on the alleys everything is so slippery. Sure, they look impeccable, but my two year old slipped and fell pretty bad three times, and I also saw other guests with bandages on their head. This could be fatal for someone, it’s no joke.

All in all it was a wonderful experience, and would definitely come back here and recommend this resort to other people. Thank you for the lovely vacation !

I Stayed at Titanic Royal for a week with my partner. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would give the hotel a 6.5/10- The hotel surroundings is really lovely and they have a wide rage of facilities perfect for families in this resort. If you want more of a romantic couples holiday it’s best to go for an adults only hotel. As a 5 star hotel there are certain areas that the hotel can work on personally. The breakfast and dinner buffets should offer more of a wider option. Every morning the breakfast was very repetitive and the dinner was very much the same. There was nothing special about the food especially in the separate restaurant areas that you have to reserve. When you get all inclusive you do expect to get value for your money and the food just was not that great. The lunch offered however was pleasantly nice. The room was spacious and cleaned everyday really beautifully. The cleaners were lovely and really do try to make the extra effort. I would say the only con to the rooms was the toilet area , personally I think it’s more hygienic to have the toilet brush covered especially when they are not brand new and look rather rusty as well as the bin. I would of loved to have the option having a robe and slippers on this stay . Most 5 star hotels offer this to there guests and it gives you a sense of luxury but this hotel did not offer that. When on vacation you would love to just go outside and relax on the sun bead In peace but unfortunately, every 5 minutes someone would approach to try and sell something, and it can be annoying after a while when they don’t take no for an answer and try to over charge you.

The person who made this a lovely stay overall was KHALID ( 353) what an amazing man. He was so great and welcoming. Always made time to talk with us and go the extra mile. I really hope he is a valued member of staff because he really does make you want to come back to the resort. Thank you KHALID! Stay safe and well xx

When we arrived there had been a mix up with our room, but reception were very helpful and tried their best to help us get the room we believed we had booked, a quick message to our travel agent and they called the GM ( Mr Ayman) who came down to reception to apologise and assure us we did have a family room, it was just a mix up with paperwork.
The Al a Carte are wonderful, the food was excellent, my only criticism is the food is sometimes served a little cold, we did feed this back to guest services and we hope when we visit again this has been sorted. The buffet is good.
The hotel is spotless and the pools are the cleanest pools I have ever seen, well done to the pool boys who keep it clean The guys at the pool bar were also wonderful, waiters around the pool always made sure we had a drink.
The animation team were poor.

I need to say a special thank you to Eva in guest services, a truly wonderful young lady who really cares, a credit to the Titanic royal.

WARNING
Please do not drink the tap water, don't use the tap water to clean your teeth and keep your mouth shut in the shower.

Also, Covid testing. Don't use the rep for this as you will get ripped off, either use Ramseys cars in reception. We used Ramseys cars, who are a bit more expensive than Uber, but the Ramseys driver was excellent and walked us around the testing process making it an easy experience.

When its time to go home make sure you download your PLF as they need it at the airport.
