Great Hotel, set in lovely grounds with plenty of pools and its own private beach with 2 lagoons and a reef. Loads of sunbeds all round the complex, beach and pool towels in abundance freshly laundered every day. Pool and beach bars serving full range of drinks and snacks, varied daily. Wind breaks on the beach for days when the wind gets up. Staff super helpful, moving beds, bringing towels, drinks, tables and matresses. Pools and beach kept very clean.
Rooms cleaned every day, with towels and bedding changed regularly, toiletries topped up daily. The bath in our room needed replacing or reguilding, rest of room was in good order, tv with choice of channels, bottles of water replaced daily along with tea and coffee. Good towel art everybay, thanks to Mohammed.
2 normal restaurants for daily use as well as 2 special restaurants available for 1 visit each per stay. Lots of choice each day catering for a wide range of tastes.
Lovely bar in main reception, other than a strznge rule of only being available to over 55's after 7 in the evening. Good service and choice of drinks.
Main cafe bar is the only place that you can access wifi which is frustratingly slow.
Overall really good stay with very helpful staff and it seems that they are trying very hard to upgrade the facilities and decor

Stayed here the first week of March.
We were greeted by the very friendly (and helpful) reception staff. Our room was upgraded and we had a lovely suite situated in the middle of everything!

Everyone was so helpful, even the staff wouldn’t let me carry my own bags! Never expected or asked for tips either!
There is a golf buggy that can transport you to your villa, handy if you have lots of luggage!

The food was lovely;and with all inclusive, you also have the option to dine at the two premium restaurants. The Italian (sorry I don’t know the name) and the Podium. These of course are only free for one time. You also have the option to go again, but you would need to pay.

The hotel grounds itself is absolutely beautiful. Everyday there were gardeners up keeping the lawns.
Plenty of pools! They were renovating the connecting pools (not sure what to call them) but this didn’t make a difference to our stay. The only thing I could suggest Is that the pools could be heated. Even in 30+ degrees, the pools were freezing cold.- Found this out the hard way!

WiFi didn’t really work in the Aqua bar, but then you did have the option to pay for a better quality WiFi.
Pool towels and beach towels are provided by a trade in card system.
The cleaners did a fantastic job on our room.
The staff working at the bars and restaurants were so helpful and polite. Always saying good morning.

We did venture out of the hotel, perfectly safe! We do recommend using Uber. A trip from the hotel to the Senzo mall only cost £1.25. A lot less than what the taxis situated at the hotel were.

The spa was okay. Had a lovely Swedish Massage. My friend had her hair cut, but that wasn’t the best. Again, no reflection on the hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like, were the shops inside the hotel. Constantly harassing us every time we walked by. Some could not take no for an answer.

Having a serious case of the post holiday blues, thanks Long Beach for making my first trip to Egypt memorable.

As Traveler who used to travel to Egypt and hurghada the last four years i can describe that this is one of the decent greatest holiday i ever had as prior to our arrival i had some inquires and sent some e mails to the rooms division manager Mr Mohamed Hassan which has been replied probably in a short time and upon our arrival which was the 5th of March i was warm welcomed by the lovely friendly reception and had the updated information which need to know as it was not our first time to visit the long beach and the reception was more than helpful with all our needs during our stay which is rarely found now in some hotels that you find some one from the reception members are helping you from heart really i felt that they love their job.
While we was there there was a small sand storm and all place was full of sand but the hotel housekeeping in short time and day by day was insuring that all place was clean probably.
Big shout to our room cleaner ammar who is really polite and friendly whenever we meet only hello or good-morning and every day we come back we find a nice simple towel art (small touch) but really impressive us.
Food need more variety and tasteless and that's why we prefer the AL la cart restaurants ,as well temperature need to be more hotter as well deserts need to be more and there was not enough fruits really we was surprised as at our first visit was better and that's why we gave it four stars this time.
Long beach named long beach as it had huge beach area which was more than relaxing for us and had a nice jogging daily to the hotel marina and the beach bars there offers nice drinks but in plastic cups.
There was some renovations while we was there for a short period but it didn't bother us at all as the area was big to enjoy from left to right side also we have seen that they are on a process to make new chines,Greece & Indian restaurant which surely will be a good add value to the property
Thank you long beach team as we spend two weeks on paradise really and thank you for taking high measurements of cleaning for Corona virus we was really impressed from the level of cleaning and a sanitize table located at the reception area was a good idea also we witnessed reception,pools,housekeeping guys always cleaning around them

We booked this hotel following other people reviews and can’t understand how its got so many good reviews! We stayed at this hotel for a week, we arrived late evening and went straight for dinner. Dinner was what you would expect nothing special and as we was later than normal hardly anything left usual things lots of bread and other things that have been left in heated containers for hours. Each evening was something different but not really different if that makes sense? My husband ended up very ill after eating something one evening which ended up in him vomiting at 3am. The day time here is lovely; the grounds are beautiful and clean. The beach is massive and plenty of spaces to lay, never an issue getting a bed. Beach bars were good for drinks but would not recommend the food, in all honestly the chef was SO rude he basically through the food on my plate and grunted. We did not return to that beach bar again. A few days before we arrived there was a big sandstorm so lots of the pools were closed and getting cleaned. The big main pool down near the beach was freezing however the pool right outside the main restaurant was warmish so you could go in there. The 'swim up bar' was closed and being refurbished which was a big disappointment. The hotel room is ok, very basic nothing to shout about, always cleaned and no issues. We ate at the 'Italian' restaurant one evening, would seriously not recommend this at all. My husbands desert came out still frozen, the tomato soup was lovely but the main was bland and no taste to it what’s so ever. Now comes to the evening, there is only 2 bars. There is an 'adults' bar in the main lobby which after 7 was over 50's only!(what a joke) when you 25 and not a child. Then after 10 you have to pay? Hang on isn't this meant to be all inclusive? My husband and I complained to reception about this as the other bar 'aqua bar' was the only place in the hotel with Wi-Fi so this ended up being FULL of kids and stunk like baby sick. You were served your drinks in plastic cups, do they think people are kids? One evening we went to the ‘aqua bar’ to use the Wi-Fi and ended up playing a game of pool as the Wi-Fi was not working for some reason as you can imagine this sent people into panic mode. As we were playing one of the bar staff can over and said stop stop you have to pay. It was 6:05 and apparently you had to start paying after 6 we had nearly finished our game and had literally 2 balls to get in and he came and took the pool cue away wouldn’t even let us finish. SO RUDE! Considering the hotel is so large they could do with multiple other bars like down on the beach playing some chilled out music, or just something else as there was no atmosphere at all. Personally we would never return to this hotel.

Long beach visit was for one week and since the moment we arrived we had a nice fresh towels and nice drink with good warm welcome and nice well located room at the villa area

The way to the room was with a golf care and our porter was friendly and not expecting or asking for tipe ....well trained
Room was with great view to the garden and sight sea view
went after that to the main restaurant aldentity which was serving hot meal but actually there was no french fries all the stay which was a bit strange.
Lunch need some improvements and every day was fish on the grill and no chicken or meat grill but it was not a big issue for us

swimming pools was always kept clean with daily fresh towels and beach area was always kept clean.

Room was cleaned daily with nice fresh decorated towels and refiled with two bottles of water .
Thanks for reception team they was more than helpful at ll the time (Milad-Akram-Kerolyes)
Management and staff are trying to do their best and while we was there we heard that soon they will have a shuttle bus service around the hotel which is good idea and in the summer they will have chinese resturant and i think this is a good add with good value for money

we spent ten days from the 25th till the 3rd of this month and we was not disappointed,you should know before you travel that you are going to a four star hotel in Egypt so do not expect more than you could get

Reception crew was helpful and decent and check in didn't toke more than 30 minutes having a drink and receive our room key and had really nice room location
The place is everything had something new and they had a warm pool which we enjoyed but most of the time we spent on the beach as it was always empty and quite with no Que on food or drinks

Food in some occasions was cold but we managed to have different meals and tried twice the al la cart restaurants la casina and podium
staff was always on hand but our room cleaner Abdul was so friendly in a very polite way and every day we had nice towel art

beach area and the guys working there are doing a great job fighting the environment and cleaning hard daily getting out plastic cups from the beach managed by Nagy such a wonderful friendly guy.

pools are nice but the centralized one is not warm but we tried several times the warm one at the family pool area .

would we return again ,sure yes

Second visit and for me its one of the nicest four star hotel even if its looks like a simple hotel but you feel that its your second home from the moment you arrive our check in was smooth and warm with good friendly receptionist who explained to us all the facilities at the hotel which was used to have all the time and it was a good start
After we went to our room which was located at one of the renovated villas and was escorted by a friendly porter who didn't expect from us any tip at all
The room was located at the center of the villas inside the hotel and close to the beach area and we noticed that all the staff around the hotel i are arranging all what they find in their way which shows good well management engaged to the work details and keep an eyes to whats going around
During our period of stay there was some restaurants which the hotel is working on it like chines and Indian and oriental which is an added value and will make this place much better.
food was average but we didn't get board and you will find always something to eat
The water do aqua park is a nice quit place located close to family building and they had nice snack bar there working till 4 pm daily which was good idea
Pool & Beach was always kept clean and staff there are friendly and helpful specially the Guys who offer us towels
Grounds was always kept clean and there was always something to find you busy during the day .
Shop sellers was annoying and around the pool and beach as well but to avoid them ask always for a don't Disturb red flag sign which you can find at any towel house
Al cart Podium and La casina was offering nice al l cart meals but with prior reservation and desk are located near restaurant entrance at the reception area from 11 till 13 and from 15 till 17 o'clock daily
Special thanks to reception staff all of them was more than helpful during our stay and guest relation Christina & Morgana for wedding anniversary arrangements and flowers as well for daily close feed back and Mr Hassan the rooms division for his great help.

We have just come home after 3 weeks at this hotel and we were sorry to leave. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome on our arrival.
Our room was very large and very clean, the bathroom was a bit dated but fine. Our cleaner Mohamed Abdellah was first class and cleaned our room so well and made sure we wanted for nothing.He was also funny and friendly and made us laugh every day. He is a credit to your hotel please thank him for us.
All the restaurants were so clean and the staff were very helpful and again so friendly. The food was of very good quality the soups were exceptional. The podium and La casina restaurants are well worth a visit as again the food was so good.
All of the bar staff were so good and looked after us but we have to say the best one was Ahmed Nasser who gave us exceptional service and made us and other guest feel special. He is excellent at his job and you are very lucky to have Ahmed working for your hotel he is a real credit to you.
The beach is vast and again so clean. The beach staff work so hard to make sure you are happy. Towels are supplied and are very clean. The beach toilets are spotless all the time as are all other toilets in public areas.
The pool area is very pleasant with a choice of six.
There is food available all day on beach, water slides and pizzas at the pool plus the other two restaurants.
Animation is not the best we have had and probably the worst.They let the hotel down with repetitive activities. But this is only my opinion

Another fantastic stay in the long beach resort, thing's have got even better since our last stay. Currently the resort is operating in a reduced capacity due to the covid 19 situation, although every precaution is being taken to ensure the well-being and safety of both staff and guests alike. The rooms are cleaned more frequently and the buffets in the restaurant areas are now changed to served areas to prevent any chance of close contact with other guests. In addition to this there are a number of Al a carte restaurants available included in these are la casina which serves an Italian themed menu, the podium which serves a variety of foods and the Mediterranean which as the name suggests serves Mediterranean cuisine. All this said however if there isn't anything that takes your fancy the staff will try their best to help you out. The rooms are a little bit dated, but very comfortable with every thing you need and once again if you need any thing further, just ask. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we have stayed here a number of times over the last few years and can only say we are made very much at home every stay and as the staff get to know you, they remember you each time we come and go out of their way to make your stay a very memorable and special holiday. It's impossible to thank all the staff by name but to mention a few, Mr Hany the general manager is very friendly and helpful, sherif and Reda are exceptionally helpful with booking places to eat and ensuring we had a good experience and excellent stay, Mina Labib and his front desk staff were also very helpful in dealing with our accommodation requirements, Joseph in the pool bar, anabob, Michael and guys in the aqua bar, hemden in the beach bar, the guys in the lobby bar and galal, Ahmed Ali, and Nagy and the rest of the team were also very keen to help with any issues and generally look after you and not to forget sami, tharwat and their teams in the restaurants. And indeed a very big thank you to all the hotel staff I might have missed for making our stay a very enjoyable one, once again.

I have just returned from an amazing vacation at LBR.
I have stayed at this hotel many times before when it was Hilton brand but I have to say I am extremely impressed at the standards and the services of this hotel.
From the moment you enter the resort you are greeted with huge smiles and wonderful greetings.
Check in is fast professional and safe with hand sanitisers available and signage plentiful.
Reception staff are exceptional including Mina who is there to help and assist with any issues.
The bars and restaurants are plentiful the Vienna bar Aqua bar the 2 main restaurants and the 3 A la Carte restaurants are amazing. There are also beach bars and pool bars and restaurants all are serviced by a highly professional team of staff managed by the wonderful Reda Elaraby and Mohamed Ali and all amazing staff including Ali Fouda, Abanob, Baham,Heysham,Joseph,Michael and all staff at A la carte and restaurants.
The pool staff are fantastic Nagy is exceptional always there to help and assist.
The GM Mr Hany Mounir is a wonderful gentleman very professional and polite and always on hand to help and assist.
Apologies to any one I have not mentioned as all staff are fantastic.
The cleaning staff make sure your rooms are serviced and cleaned every day all bedding and towels changed daily.
The hotel has now started to employ more women which is fantastic Azziza works on food and beverage is fantastic.
With covid everyone is worried but at this hotel all staff wear masks and you are temperature checked going into restaurants there is sanitiser stations everywhere and signage for distance.
I recommend if you are looking for a value for money holiday with top standards and amazing staff please book this hotel.
I know people are worried with Covid but I recommend when you can book this hotel for a Paradise Holiday
