there is ice cream ( vanilla /chocolate) and sorbet (mango & strawberry) in the Lunch beach restaurant restaurant. I think this is available form late morning to late afternoon. The quality is rather good. The fruit juice juice is fresh at the breakfast buffet , however in the bars is in cartons. I didn’t come across any sushi , however the food in all restaurants is of a very high standard
