Really great holiday with plenty of food choices. Anna the hotel rep was brilliant and booked all of our evening meals.first class service from Anna. Hotel staff were nice if you tipped them but the lobby staff at the central bar could have been more pleasant . The botanical restuaurant and the Thai restaurant were our favourites. Returned once again to this hotel and enjoyed the weeks stay. We now belong to the Mahara club as we are returning guests and this enables you to use a VIP bar a short walk along the beach. We enjoyed going here when we left the beach at the end of the day. Wifi is free and it was nice...

We have spent two holidays at this gorgeous hotel and can heartily recommend it. We go specifically for the diving/snorkelling which is truely magnificent right off the reef in front of the hotel. The rooms are of a good standard and housekeeping excellent - the towel art especially amusing! Beach towels are changed each day & delivered to your room....

Just had a lovely two week break here. One of the pools was under maintenance, which we knew about. This meant we were allowed to use the other hotels around the complex. The food was good although not great, drinks are as good and varied as at any other all inclusive hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and really...

Even if it was very windy by that time, we could enjoy the sunny weather at the clean and calm beach, as well as go snorkeling at the wonderful house reef! The architecture of the buildings with it's arrabic style is absolutely stunning. We had a comfortable Junior Suite with a...

Despite the current situation in the middle east we decided on a week at the Makadi palace because I knew the scuba diving in Makadi bay was perfect for a new diver as my partner was. However the hotel didn't let us down. food was standard fare for Egypt, staff friendly and helpful and rooms clean. Our day was generally...

Just a note to say you need to book this hotel staff are so friendly nothing to much trouble. Food is fantastic Thai restaurant you would easily pay £60 at home for a meal of that quality. Staff at pool bar so accommodating and burgers especially Mexican burgers are gorgeous my partner always had two.all in all a brilliant choice.
