I loved it so much, the staff and all the people who works there are so helpful and friendly and so the animation team are so funny and friendly, but they must do more activities. The rooms needs to be more clean, but the view was so perfect from the room. the food is good "not bad not perfect" but... More

I have visited Imperial Shams with my boyfriend for the first time and it was really good holiday. We enjoyed our time also by many interesting acticities with animation team- Khaled, Hamiid , Charlly and Nadia. We would like to visit this place again.

Experienced a last minute change of venue by the Travel Agent so not our choice of Hotel ... The place is clean enough but most of the staff (did come across an occasional exception) cant be bothered trying to help ... especially with activities - things to do and places to visit. Food was plentiful but tasteless - in trying... More

A very nice hotel with a friendly staff doing their best to satisfy the guests . Magnificant beach view. Good rooms . Food and beverage is ok . Really I will be back again soon . A very good place to relax

sure this is not the 5* hotel. weak 4*... but good price :) poor hotel but very good surfing (wind/kite) rent leave some money on reception ($10-20) to get room with nice view. otherwise you got trash-view :(

We stayed for two weeks and it was quite decent. There were lots of things to do such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and mini golf and we had a good time. There was wifi, although expensive and slow. The heated pool was a particular highlight for the parents.

Helpful staff, not willing to help just for money as said by some people. Food is rubbish, from breakfast to dinner every thing is almost the same every day with extremely low quality food. Baverages are always always served with room temprature never chilled. They run out of cups and dishes very quickely. No wifi. That was the worst ever... More

This was the worst hotel i have ever accommodated in, it was a very tough experience, worst food ever, rubbish service, very far from everything. You won't find any food after the dinner meal which is rubbish, you can't even order food from anywhere after this time because it is very far from all the outlets. No wifi and not... More
