The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the hotel manager takes care of every single guest, the cuisine is fantastic (gala dinner/Fresh fish buffet for dinner/BBQ), everything is clean and well maintained, beautiful green areas, a really very good diving centre belongs to the hotel (run by a Swiss woman); I have been to this hotel an estimated 10 times and can highly recommend it. Location: approx. 40 minutes from Hurghada by private transfer, which the hotel offers at very fair prices. We were back in Shams Pestige 2 weeks ago. Once again, we spend two marvellous weeks. All the staff pay a great atention to everything, especailly at the restaurant where the food is still gorgeous a great mix between local and international dishes. The beach is beautiful, clean and... very quiet. The beachfront room is very clean and spacious. Thanks everybody at Shams for these beautiful moments. See you very soon again.

Fantastic place with diving club and wing foiling, kite and windsurfing Ion Club. A lot of activities for the family like quad in the dessert. We were 5 my wife and 3 boys and we have a fabulous time. The best above all is the people how they treat you and the service they provide . Also the food is really good with a lot of different dishes and a menu to ask anytime for a burguer or pizza. I strongly recommend the Sham Prestige Hotel. Thank you team for making our holidays so memorable.

We spent 10 days here, superior room right on the beach, 40 m to the sea. I highly recommend it, it's extraordinary. A truly exceptional place for a relaxing holiday, no mega complex with thousands of tourists. We used to go to Turkey, but because of the war and hordes of Russian tourists, we changed the location to Egypt. Shams Prestige hotel is really different in personal approach. We were asked several times a day if everything was okay and if we were missing anything. Small things were solved in a matter of minutes. Perfect beach, white sand. You can quickly get used to the ebb and flow. Our first and probably not last holiday at Shams Prestige was really great.

Second stay at this hotel. Already during my first stay, I had the feeling that it was impossible to improve the services. How wrong I was. All the services have improved, the attention of all the staff was amazing. Starting with the waiters in the restaurant who watched to see if you had already finished your drink so that they would bring another drink in time. The staff at the beach often helped to move the sunbed during the day which was heavy. We couldn't even finish the drinks on the beach and more were already brought. The cleaning of the rooms was faultless and there was always an interest in whether we were satisfied. Yes, we were very satisfied. In my opinion and my mother's opinion, Mr. Ayman Elshawadfy, the manager of the hotel and especially his heart and soul, has the main credit for this improvement. This was our first visit to Shams Prestige after visiting various other hotel over many years. I can honestly say this has been the best hotel we have stayed in. The hotel is on a smaller scale and is very private. Perfect if you just want to relax and unwind. At times you feel like your alone on a tropical island as it's that quiet (which is what we loved) . The staff go above and beyond all expectations and the food is excellent and so much choice. Would highly recommend this hotel and we plan to return very soon. You'll not be disappointed.

Nice, small hotel. It consists of small houses. Many of them with a private balcony. Great food, service and friendly staff. If you need a quiet holiday, this is the place. The hotel is connected to other resorts, so youu can go for a small walk after dinner.

I spent a week in this hotel with my mother. I chose this hotel based on the reviews. We were looking for a smaller quiet hotel. We liked the hotel in every way. The rooms are nice, cozy, clean. Daily cleaning excellent. The food is always well seasoned. The selection is sufficient and, given the size of the hotel, even larger than we expected. Dinner is always differently themed. For me, the Egyptian evening, including the Egyptian desserts, was the clear winner (for me, there could be more). A little disappointed with the gala dinner, because even though the steak was delicious, it was not cooked as I like it. The beach was great, well maintained and we were always provided with mattresses right away. The fact that many guests rushed to reserve sunbeds early in the morning just to have the first row was laughable. At the same time, there were still plenty of places on the beach whenever you came. The service of drinks on the beach was also nice. The attention from the hotel management was that he went around the entire beach several times during our stay and asked everyone if they were satisfied. In the restaurant during dinner the managemet also went around all the guests and was interested in them, it is nice towards the guests and we appreciated it a lot.
