Detailed Reviews
It was my second time in Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh so I've already knew what I could expected.
Hotel is not far from the airport and Naama Bay city. There are 2 buildings (one of them is more fancy, the other one is more simple but still good), few pools (it's really great that there is a pool for only adults there you can relax without any kids noises), few restaurants, cinema (I'm still not sure if it is working because I haven't seen any activities there), few shops, place for evenings shows , gym, SPA and so on.
Our room was spacious enough, we had balcony and were able to smoke there, every day we were served with a big bottle of still water. Then we asked, our room was cleaned every day (if you can call it cleaning because staff only made beds and decorate our beds with flowers (and every day we found more and more flowers from yesterday under our beds )). The food was good (I don't eat meat but still had many options what to eat every day. There was no beach near hotel but every day few times per day there was a bus shuttle which drived all who wanted to go to the beach (there was food and drinks service even in the beach).
Great massages in the SPA.
I don't speak Russian so I had some problems trying to communicate with some staff members because not all of them speak English.
I understand that the biggest part of your guests are from Russian speaking countries but maybe you would welcome more guests from Europe too if you try more multicultural music, activities, languages and so on.

Just returned from 2wk stay at this hotel (myself, husband and daughters aged 14 & 9) - we loved every minute of it!!
The staff couldn't be any better, they were so friendly, helpful and attentive (without ever being pushy). From the bar staff, animation team to the restaurant & cleaning teams, they are all great!!
The rooms were cleaned spotlessly every day, as was the whole hotel.
The food was plentiful, fresh and with loads of variety, so there was always something for everyone.
The aqua park was a big hit with us and all the pools (of which there were many) felt warm, so they were lovely to step right into (without the usual shock of cold!).
The onsite shops kept us stocked up with treats, whilst the staff were helpful & rather entertaining.
The bus to the beach was busy but always available, the private beach itself was beautiful, with entertainment crew onsite and bar staff ready to keep everyone happy. The watersports at the beach were great value & very safe (we done bananna boating & para-sailing).
The excursions when booked directly from the hotel were really good value & varied (we done two 4x4 quad bike tours (sunset & sunrise), burbur bbq, camel rides & boat trip (snorkeling on the coral reef). All the activities were so well managed and better value than expected.
A special shout out to Mario (activities & excursions), Islam (Alex) from Coral Diving Club, Malek the restaurant manager, Mahmoud (cleaner who was fab making towel art) and our 3 favourite barmen: Ashraf & Baahaa (at the pools) & Abdulah (in the lobby bar) - you all made this truly the most amazing family holiday ever!! Thank you so much!!
In summary: highly recommended lol!

1. Dirty and dated rooms 2. Rude and unhelpful reception staff 3. Disgusting and repetitive food. 4. Poor entertainment
Avoid this hotel wouldn't give it 2* let alone 5*. Rooms were dirty, dated and never cleaned. Upon arrival our room had empty packets of crisps on the floor, balls of hair, all the tops were filthy, safe and fridge didn't work and had no towels ( this was supposed to be an upgraded room so would hate to see the others). Food same day and night certainly not suitable for children and definitely more aimed at Egyptians no chips in the evening or anything else like chicken nugget, pizzas etc. The evening entertainment consisted of a 20 min kids disco then a 30 min act which to be honest seen better shows in primary schools. The people were rude and arrogant shoving you out the way to get food. They kick everyone out of the swimming pools at about 17.20 despite the sun still being out. Islam round the pool was good in trying to sort any issues out but believe his hands are tied by the hotel, Ashraf round the pool would fetch you drinks regularly throughout the day so that was good apart from that the other staff weren't great...the lifeguards around the pool were good especially one young lad in the deep end who was diving in nearly every other day to save someone struggling. You have to pay £15 for 2 weeks WiFi which was never working or constantly loosing connection. They advertise it having several pools, bars and restaurants but won't let you in to use them at the sister hotel so realistically you have 1 pool, 1 restaurant and a few bars. Couldn't go out on the balcony because it was covered in bird muck and was never cleaned despite constantly asking. All in all would not recommend this hotel to anyone, certainly not what we were expecting when we booked it and were left bitterly disappointed. How it's got 5 stars I don't know they must be able to buy them out there.

So where do I start, I initially looked at the reviews before I booked this place and even after reading the comments which were a mixed bag, I gave the place the benefit of doubt.
However some these comments and the negative reviews were completely true.
The reason our stay was so bad was for 3 mains reasons which are as follows:
1. Bed Bugs / mosquitos
On the first night my eldest daughter suffered what looked like severe bed bug bites but the hotel just brushed them off as mosquitoes bites! I’ll post the pics so you can decide! I think the staff had been told to that as everyone dismissed them as that, but then again they changed the mattresses and fumigated the room! So why do that if they weren’t bed bugs!
2. WiFi internet is NOT FREE! Family’s take note before booking here!
So as a family of 5 when we got to our hotel thinking this is a 5 star hotel one would hope the price of the stay would cover it for free WiFi and internet right? WRONG! We had to pay for 5 devices at a cost of $10 dollars each for a 7 days internet access, so we did and just got on with it, also one would expect the internet to be good and reliable since you’re paying for it! Once again this is incorrect, after 2 days of average internet connection from day 3 the internet was non existent, after changing codes on several occasions this did not improve the web access at all! So if you are a family with kids who have tablets to keep them busy please look elsewhere!
3. Late checkout
As our flight was a early morning flight we wanted to have a late checkout but the hotel had asked to come back and check on availability 24 hours prior to us checking out, so I did, only to be told that I couldn’t because they were fully booked however I believe this was a blatant lie! Because I went on Booking.com to see that they had plenty of rooms available to book! So once again if you have a early morning flight where you have to check out at 12 mid day then please look elsewhere as this hotel won’t help, the customer service and management was non existent, no one wanted to take any responsibility for the short comings or our concerns. Apart from the aesthetics of the hotels I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all! especially brits with small children. Hope this review helps
To the management team, some advice or recommendations:
1. If the internet is this bad then please don’t charge your customers for a poor service!
2. Through out our stay the children’s cuisine was non existent!
3. You also need to post signs all around your hotels for guests to stop jumping the queue!

Definitely not a 5*!!
Rooms: Spacious, we had a good location next to the pool. However very out dated, curtains had stains on, tiles loose, bathroom was pretty grubby around the edges. Housekeepers do their best though.
Pool: big enough, some tiles are broken and you can feel the debris on your feet.
Aqua park: very good!! Take water shoes though as the floor is like lava.
Animation: we was ignored for most of our holiday! The English girl spoke to every other English couple but us, walking past us numerous times, one of the girls even stood next to us and said they can’t find anyone to join in with the activities, yet we wasn't even asked. Towards the end of our stay we was spoken to which was fine they seemed friendly enough but at least try and attempt conversation or acknowledgment.
Food: awful!!! We are not fussy eaters in the slightest yet we struggled to find meals - we ate outside the hotel most days despite paying for all inclusive. We was offered a special meal by guest relation, we chose the seafood and that was actually lovely! If we could have that every night we would of been happy!
Some staff need training in customer service! The barman around the pool made us feel like an inconvenience for ordering a virgin mojito. George on reception, Ashraf around the pool and the executive assistant manager were lovely!
Guest relations were fab, told them our issues with the room and was fixed the same day.
Excursions and massages are way over priced! We booked online for less than half of what they asked for.
Beach is far with the most random bus times.
Overall, me and my husband made our stay pleasant. We needed a break and we got by, but we won’t be returning or recommending this hotel.

We booked Suntransfers to get to the hotel and back to the airport €21.5 This was the second time we have stayed here.
Good complex with about 6 pools. We used the lower pool, The Tropical pool bar, It was run by Keralos, whom brought the right drinks to us frequently, always friendly and with a nice smile, The room was cleaned on a regular basis by Ahmed who was friendly, talented and creative with the towels, also making sure we had supplies of water, coffee etc. Another great asset. The restaurants were clean with the waiters always attentive to your needs. Their was meals or snacks available nearly all day.

Been there with my wife and 9 yr old boy with our friends too on soft AI basis. Got three nice basic rooms very spacious with a garden and a private pool. The resort itself is huge with open spaces . It is clean and somehow some parts of it are under renovation but as you are there you don't get annoyed by any work or workers. there are around 5 big pools Aqua park is wonderful opening from 10.30 to 12.30 and then from 2.30 pm till 5.30 pm it is great for both kids and adults with many slides. food is medium, breakfast is the same daily, lunch and dinner change a bit but after the third day you begin to think about eating outside just for a change of taste. Drinks are available at different bars throughout the day from 10.30 till 12 midnight. Entertainment theoughout the day is nice and in the evening too. You can go to 2 different beaches that are private for the hotel with a free shuttle that you should book in advance on reception. The hotel is well ce tered no shops or restaurants within walkind distance but you can get to the center like old market or naama bay with a taxi from infront of the hotel and get there for like 10 minutes ride. To naama bay pay 50 eg only and to old market 100 eg. They will try to rip you off bit be aware !
PS: MOSQUITOES are everywhere they will eat you alive especially in the afternoon and evening time. Take all kind of repellents you got !
All in all if you are for a short break with kids go there you will have a great one!

Great value for money, the facilities are really good apart from the gym which is a bit basic. The health spa is ok but the main man is very persuasive and make sure you bargain hard for the treatments and massages. Best I heard was £35 each for 4 massages.
Did hear some complaints about the food but if you don't try to cram a bit of everything on the plate, there is plenty of choice. Sweets are very good.
The best thing about the hotel is the friendliness of the staff, particular mention goes to Sherif and Mohammed in the Italian restaurant.
One last thought, take plenty of usd or sterling for the best deals.
