I booked this holiday after being in desperate need of some winter sun, and this hotel did not disappoint. I didn’t know much at all about Sharm, or even Egypt, before this trip and I was completely blown away by the hospitality and niceness of everyone we met. From the staff at the hotel, to locals when we went on excursions, to staff at the airport - everyone was so nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is amazing. Everything has been thought about and considered. The grounds are well looked after and frankly quite huge, but not too large where it would be overwhelming to get from A to B - we learned the layout really quickly. As an avid gym-goer, I found the gym to fortunately be well equipped. Top tip: the dumbbells handles are quite rough/sharp, so I’d recommend bringing gloves (if that’s your thing). There are lots of different pools for different things and plenty of activities that aren’t just for kids. We stayed in the adults area and spent most of our time by the adults pool. Despite being a family-friendly hotel, there are a good amount of concessions for adults, like an adult-only section in the main restaurant, which we really appreciated. A massive shout out to Ahmed who served us by the adults pool almost everyday - his fun and friendly nature made a huge impact on us and we were really sad to say goodbye - top quality service. When we booked this trip, we didn’t plan on going any excursions, but we actually ended up doing the Titan Island diving trip and the Sinai Desert experience - both of which were incredible and so worth doing. I was very mildly apprehensive about being in the care of people outside of the hotel, but I needn’t have worried as we were looked after so well on both trips (the diving trip especially). All in all, everything about this trip blew us away, but the staff and people of Egypt especially take the cake for us. Everyone we met and interacted with made our stay so memorable and so special - I have never been somewhere where I felt so seen and cared for. If I did have to list a drawback, it would be the smoking, but this usually ends up being a negative for me wherever I go. As a non-smoker, it’s quite frustrating having to breathe in smoke just by being in outdoor spaces. In the evening we would like to sit outside, but most people who tend to sit outside are smokers so you can’t avoid it (unless you solely sit inside!). It is just one of those things, however, and it didn’t negatively impact our stay my any means. Would we go back? In a heartbeat. We’ve already looked at going back this year or next, and it’s obvious why we spoke to a lot of people who were going back for a second time.

Just returned after 10 nights staying here for my 40th birthday with family and friends. We had this booked for a year and was so excited with all the hype around the place but I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. To start the main reason for travelling was for my birthday and before we travelled we pre-booked the Marhaba restaurant for our 1st night as this was my 40th birthday. On arrival there was no record of this booking even though I had the booking confirmation on my emails. The man in reception Michael could not have been more rude, abrupt and ignorant if he had tried and basically told me I was lieing and refused to even look at the confirmation email I had received from the hotel prior to travel. It was eventually sorted and off to Marhaba we went for my birthday, but no balloons or cake or celebrations at all but others around us who were enjoying birthdays had balloons, cakes and songs by the waiters. In fairness the meal was absolutely fantastic and service was very good. It gets better from here, that night when laying in bed the phone rings and it's the Marhaba restaurant asking why we hadn't turned up to our booked meal to celebrate my birthday as they had cake and a celebration waiting for me. Totally disorganised. On arrival at 17:00 pm our room was not ready and we sat in the bar for an hour being told 10 more minutes everytime I chased up what was happening, this was very frustrating when check in is 3pm with a tired toddler who was eager for a swim in the swim up pool. Once we got in the room the swim up was lovely room with sun all day room 3112. A few minor issues with tbe bath and shower that were never fixed and remain "pending" on the Blu app to this day. The restaurant buffet is very average. The staff are absolutely fantastic, Mahmoud the absolute best. Breakfast was ok with a vast selection but the quality of the fruit and sausages were alot to be desired. Lunch and dinner there was again alot of choice but the quality very poor and no theme at all. The deserts by far the worst I have come across in multiple 5 star resorts across the world. Casa Bianca and Marhaba were very good and worth a visit. Tiran diner was very poor. Service was awful and food not far behind. Asked for the burger with no mushrooms but it turned up with mushrooms. When I raised this they took it away and scraped the mushrooms off and brought it back still with a few mushrooms left. Not ideal if you have an allergy. This was raised on the feedback card that was probably binned to save management from seeing it. Also its so dark in there for evening dinner we needed the torches on our phones to be able to see what we were eating. The main pool is nice and staff very attentive. It seems they pick and choose who's towels they remove though and tried to take mine when I was sat by the pool at 8 am rather than any of the 100 plus unoccupied towels. Then the family from hell who had the same sunbeds every morning every day from 5am were left untouched (money talks). The beach is lovely and sea wonderful with lots of wonderful fish to see. In recap the buffet is awful, the A la Carte restaurants are nice but dont bother with Tiran Diner. The pools are lovely and most staff are amazing. The Tui Blue team are great and work their socks off and Michael in reception should not be allowed to interact with your customers he is a disgrace to your hotel. Surely better hotels out there for the price.

Were do I start, we arrived home in the early hours of Monday 8th of April 2024. This was our 7th visit to this this hotel and once again it did not disappoint. Two weeks of great weather, great food and drink and best of all great service. I cannot thank the staff of this hotel enough. First of all I must mention Ibrahim a waiter in the adult only area of the Fountain View restaurant. From the first time we walked into to restaurant he remembered us from previous visits and was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for him. Always very attentive. I will also mention Sheriff a waiter in the piano bar who again Was always very friendly and attentive. Our only disappointment was that Sayed wasn't at the adult only pool bar. We've got to know him over many previous visits. He has been moved to another bar. Please bring him back. On saying that I must thank Khled and Ahmed for looking after us and always making sure we had drinks at the adult pool. All of those I've named are a credit to this hotel and help make it one of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I've stayed in a few. We are already planning our 8th visit to this hotel in November. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. I must not forget to mention the entertainment team at this hotel all very talented. Special mention to Stephen who was there the first week and Dan and Jonatan who were there the second week all three are fantastic and a breath of fresh air.

Amazing stay in a beautiful hotel. Gorgeous location on the beachfront. Good variety of restaurants and very accommodating kids club with lovely staff. Evening entertainment was also pleasant with a variety of acts appealing to different age groups. Aimee in particular was extremely lovely toward us going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She gave an excellent recommendation of some bars at soho square to visit , which me and another hotel guest had a lovely evening visiting. I hopefully plan to return in october of this year, would definitely recommend the Sensatori to anyone visiting Sharm. W x

We booked this last minute after being fed up of the English rain - just wanting a relaxing week away with guaranteed sun - and that is what we got. I struggled whether to give 4 or 5 rating - to be honest it was somewhere in the middle. Arrived late at night - check in was easy, got taken to room, unfortunately it wasn't made up for 3 people, after a half hour wait, housekeeping came to make up the 3rd bed - not ideal, but gave us time to unpack. Sandwiches were waiting in our room which was welcomed. The room was really spacious with lots of storage. Was always kept clean, shower good, beds really comfy, air con easy to control. Food - was good. Buffet isn't ever our favourite, but ate their every morning. Service getting drinks was excellent. Food variety ok - for hot breakfasts/eggs very good - but for me who likes yogurts/fruits, i've seen better variety elsewhere. Lunch - mainly ate at Tiran which we really enjoyed - again service excellent, and quality and variety good. Also ate at the snack bar - can get a bit chaotic at 1pm, but ok for a lighter lunch. Dinner - ate at the 3 inclusive restaurants, very easy to book - all very good, service great, food choice and quality good. My favourite was italian, but would happily go back to any of them. We also paid to eat at StoneGrill and Tappinyaki. Enjoyed both but the Tappinyaki was our best night - food amazing, and the chef was a great entertainer getting everyone involved. Only gripe with these is that house wine isn't included which doesn't make sense - although we knew this already so no surprises. Was surprised that the buffet didn't do themed nights - if i was eating their more than a couple of times, i think it could get boring. Entertainment - very low key. Some of the singing could be questionable at times. Activities on app often said over 14's/16's so my 12 year old didn't get involved in much but i think i saw much younger getting involved, so possibly they can? Apart from aqua aerobics, nothing is really advertised, so you have to keep an eye on app to get involved. I think if you are after a lively resort this place isn't for you. Drinks - house wine was fine for me, no complaints. Cocktails were pretty good - just beware if you are ordering alcoholic cocktails and mocktails for your kids - these often got mixed up so i could have ended up with a tipsy 12 year old. Snorkelling off the beach was really good - walking up the jetty we say all sorts including a sting ray and star fish. Went on a boat trip with Aquarius for snorkelling and diving - very well organised. Resort very clean and well maintained. Wifi - never seen a 5* where you have to pay for wifi after you've used a certain amount - its only a small cost so not a huge issue, but seems unnecessary. If we wanted a week away for some quiet winter sun, we would definitely consider returning.

Firstly we are awarding this hotel 5 STARS purely on the basis that people are mostly looking at the 5 star ratings. In fact the truth is we give this hotel 3 STARS at most. It is an attractive hotel and lovely in the evenings with pretty lights and illuminated gardens and pools. The beach is good too, if a few rocks but no fault of the hotel. Please note it is not a swimming beach. You have to wade out in knee high water to the buoys after which the bottom drops away to deep waters for diving. Rooms very modern and well presented if lacking any free drinks in fridge just water. Food - we stay at Tui hotels most of the time and this is probably one our least exciting experiences. Same monotonous buffet food each night. Hardly any choice in salad or fresh fruit or pasta. If you like a glass of wine with your meal be prepared to be disappointed by the offering here… However our visit to the Italian and Tex Mex were successful. Very good dinners at both. Entertainment is well below the standard of other resorts. Something akin to school concert standard from the entertainment team! Jonatan in piano bar excellent performer but come on tui get your piano tuned urgently! After all this is called the piano bar. Dan also excellent performer but needs to reduce his amp level to avoid guests leaving. Far too loud on the ears. We can only say the glowing 5 star reviews are either from people who are on their first ever holiday abroad (!) or are influencers on the make. Staff are actually very lovely and go above and beyond. Excursions. Please note the taxi journeys to various Sharm el sheikh locations are very high. Make sure you don’t pay any more. Talking of local excursions: the Old Town is actually not old at all! The mosque was built in 2017, the shop buildings also freshly built but in disarray and unkempt. It’s just another tourist trap. Shop keepers not particularly pleasant no haggling at all just a little aggressive at times if you don’t enter their shops. Naama bay very busy but not that extensive. Lots of sheikhs bars down main strip. Soho square has lots of shops but all clones selling same old stuff. It’s lit up like winter wonderland in the desert! Having stayed at many Tui blue resorts this does not warrant 5 stars. It is more of a 3 star plus for quality For better value try Tui Blue Grand Azure in Marmaris Turkey (great food and hotel) or Atlantica Imperial at Kolympia Rhodes, Greece! Both much higher standard warranting their 5 stars!

Just got back from my second stay in 6 months at this hotel and I’m about to book to go back for a third time in May! I cannot fault this hotel one bit! Everything from the food, staff, cleanliness, drinks and entertainment is spot on for us! This is the best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive, I am vegan but will eat veggie on holiday if I struggle to find anything but there was always so many choices for me and everything is clearly labelled as vegan so this was great to see! The staff are what make this hotel. They all work so hard and no matter what always with a smile on their face. Big thanks to Ahmed who worked on the beach and in the piano bar, Mohamed in the piano bar and Ibrahim in The Restaurant. These guys made us feel so special. We wouldn’t have to ask for another drink as they’d make sure they’d bring us a new one before we’d finished our last! Ibrahim would always have our table and drinks waiting for us at breakfast lunch and dinner which was a lovely touch. The Al a carte restaurants were all to die for. We didn’t have a bad meal at all when we were there! Highly recommend booking one of the swim up rooms with sea view. You get sun for most of the day but once it was gone you could move onto the beach which is just opposite!

Again ,Tui Blue Sensatori Coral Sea surpasses expectations. We have been here multiple times, and again, there has been a step up. The Al la Carte Restaurants were always a step up bit they have gone another step up again. The food is plentiful and very tasty, and jd covers for every taste. What is especially impressive is the gluten-free versions in all the Al La Carte Restaurants and clear labelled variety on the main buffet, lunchtime, and café . What stands out though are the staff at this hotel!! So polite, happy in their work and want to be there. Ahmed and his team at the Pool Bar, Moustafa and his team sorting the Pool out. Mohammed,Ibramhim Muhammed at the Restaurants and Essam who pops up all over the place!!. The snorkeling and diving is fantastic, beach immaculate with new sunbeds being swapped over, entertainment for kids and adults alike and lots of areas to drink.

So lots of reviews on here that will tell you this is a good holiday. If you’ve done other Sensatori’s then I’d suggest you work out which bits you value most. Some things are better, some not. We had a good time- it will just depend on how much value you attach to each element of the Sensatori experience! THE BAD Wi-Fi Pretty poor experience- max 5 devices and that’s after they charge for an unlimited upgrade. Constantly needing to re-log in to get access. All for less screen time on holiday- but sometimes it’s so bad you can’t even open the Tui Blue app to work out what’s going on! Security One day someone who claimed to be our cleaner (but wasn’t) tried to introduce someone who wanted to install a “WiFi” box in our room- reception weren’t much help in trying to get to the bottom of this. So watch out as this did not make any sense to us and no one else had the same request in our block- so worried it was a scam. They never came back after refusing to let them in. Room Fridge It’s empty when you arrive- and will remain that way. Always had full fridges at other Sensatori’s so a bit of a shock. Water/Ice Cream/Snacks No open fridges of water. There was one ice cream fridge up by the kids pool. You can get crisps at the bar if you ask. Generally not easy to get! Thea’s Lagging way behind other Sensatori’s. Had 6 cake selections, self serve, dirty fridge door handles, just very disappointing. Did have 2 decent TVs installed and was a good sports venue for watching football! Means between 4-6.30pm there are no decent snacks available. Pool/Snooker Room Is chargeable. But a mystery as to who you pay, even a waiter tried to charge us. Also doesn’t open till 6pm- why? Spa Was small and any access was chargeable- again we’ve never been charged at any other Sensatori for use of the pool etc. Did get a massage and view out over the beach was a great backdrop. Steps Plenty of steps/inclines- didn’t bother us- but if you struggle be warned. Football Is either on the beach or on a multi-court pitch- no artificial pitch (but knew before coming). THE GOOD Rooms Great, better than other Sensatori’s we have stayed at. We had a swim up in the main area. Air con works well. Service Very good levels of service- the only downside is they keep asking you to fill in forms about it. Swim Towels Replenished every day- to your room. Beach/Snorkelling Great beach and jetty to get you out to do some snorkelling. Always spare loungers. Gently sloping beach, gives way to dramatic drop off teaming with fish. Snorkel day 1 and you will keep going back! Gym Best equipped gym we’ve had at any Sensatori- all relatively modern equipment which was in full working order. Great view out over the sea. Fizz Evening Every night for an hour they do Prosecco on the terrace- it’s the only way to get Prosecco free at anytime- otherwise you have to pay for this at the bars. It’s very well attended and a great way to start the evening! The Venue Which hosts the main evening shows is a covered building so is cooled at night. Weather Where else will you get 28-37 degrees at Easter. (We did have a mini heatwave). THE FOOD- Main Restaurant Generally ok, if repetitive. Pasta bar was always rammed as very popular as probably the best food on some nights. Ran out of ketchup and Ice Cream on multiple occasions. Italian (bookable- free) Best food and a great environment. Went here multiple times. Egyptian (bookable- free) Good food and best looking venue. Kebabs were very tasty. Tiran Restaurant (free during day- bookable- free evening) Good option for lunch- but can be busy when it opens at 1pm. Becomes a Tex-mex diner by evening with ‘ok’ food. Food Court Another good option for lunch- especially if you have already bagged loungers by the main pool- again limited seating so best as a takeaway option (although they tell you not to take it away). EXCURSIONS Buggy- We got booked on the wrong buggy trip- despite making it really clear to the Tui rep we didn’t want to do the extended one- but as no prices on the sheet we had no idea until it was too late- wasted 2 hours of our holiday and still waiting for a refund of the difference. Luxor- trip was good- but we had two “buy things” bolted on (not on stated itinerary) and a 2 hour gap at the end of the day sitting around a hotel. Could have easily done more actual tourist stuff. On the whole still a great trip. AIRPORT Heard it was really bad on departure- but we had no issues- yes it’s a bit of a faff- but wasn’t too busy so was more than manageable! TOP TIPS - Take some small Egyptian notes and US dollar bills. Preferred to coins as tips. - Take snorkelling equipment- go day 1! - Go to Soho Square day 1 of your trip- then stock up in the fixed priced supermarket with everything you need for the week- at least 50-75% cheaper than the shop at the hotel! - Swim shoes are essential on the beach.

I had the best time at this hotel (Now called TUI BLUE Sensatori Coral Sea) We booked last minute just before Easter and got an amazing price to upgrade our room to a room with a beach view and Jacuzzi on the balcony. It was well worth it. Rooms are spacious. Hotel is very clean - the cleaners are around all day. Staff are all very friendly. There are always TUI Reps around. The food is really good - The buffet restaurant has 2 sections - one for families and another for adults only which is lovely if you don't want to be around kids. There are 3 included al la carts and a couple you can pay for as well. Drinks are okay the cocktails are drinkable but not the most amazing, but still good. The drinks service around the pool is a lovely little extra. The pool men will help you move your beds if needed. There is also an adult only pool area which is nice and peaceful. There is a large beach and the water is warm and you can see the tropical fish swimming round your feet, (Take sea shoes) you can go snorkelling for a better look at the fish and there is also a scuba diving centre. TUI have lots of trips you can book when you're there. We booked the quad biking trip and the day trip to Cairo - both were great (although you do get picked up at 4:30am for the Cairo trip) I would recommend this hotel. TUI have stopped flying to Sharm in the winter months from Scotland which is disappointing as summer months are too hot.
