I’m writing the review giving an honest opinion of this hotel and I’m still staying in room 4302. I’m also comparing to another tui blu I stayed in in hurgarda. So positives the staff are amazing and professional and cannot do enough for you. The bar staff are constantly serving you drinks without moving from where you are sat or lay. The waiters cleaners are top notch. The kids club 10-12 then 2-4 superb if you want a break from the kids to relax chill snooze. The beer is of a good standard and the wine won’t win awards but ok. The restaurants both day night are of a high standard of food with plenty of choice. The entertainment room and tent very good. Ok the negatives and this is the reason why I give a 4* and not a 5*. Plus off past experience of all inclusives. My hotel bill is nearly at £150 after 5 days with over a week to go and this is on food and drink nothing else. No pamper massage pedicure manicure just food and drink. This is where this hotel lets you down as is this really an all inclusive hotel? . First you are only allowed to.visit the free al le cart restaurants once a week and there is only 3 of them included meaning you have to pay if visited more than once. To get the variety there are another 3 to visit but you have to pay for them. Payable is gokan tapenyaki and gokan Asian plus stone grill. One visit only per week for free is casa blanca tiran and marhaba. Also no mini bar in your room you have to pay for that to be filled excluding water. Your beach towels you carry them everywhere instead of a beach towel port drop off you have to wait in your room to have them swapped at 6pm. We waited 4 days before I called reception. It’s a real shame because it wouldn’t stop me coming back however I would rather pay more than get ripped off and misled. We were pressurised into buying a bottle of wine in marhaba and it was probably the worst wine I have ever had and costed £25 approx. The chateau neuf du pap is over £200 a bottle. We are not tight tip every meal and occasional drink served usually I spend £200 on tips over 2 weeks. It is a beautiful hotel nicely laid out and loads to do so maybe accept the rough with the smooth. This is our 5th visit to Egypt in 2 years and this is in our top 5 hotels in over 20 years of coming

10 of us have come on this holiday ( still here actually) and we cannot fault this place. Location, rooms, service, waiters, room attendants, reception…everything faultless. Quality of food is the best I think we have had . I dont normally say I would like to go back to a resort for a 2nd time but I would come back here easily. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for anyone. Fantastic break.

When I entred the hotel I wasn’t impressed. The lobby looked quite ordinary. I was quite worried I’d made a mistake. How wrong I was. The staff and management are excellent. They really go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. This resort is a cruise ship that doesn't move. Crystal clear sea. Lovely swimming pools. Very good AI food. Mediocre AI drinks. Clean, clean and clean everything. Amazing sunrises and enough fitness and well-being classes are excellent. I doubt you will find better value.

We had the pleasure of staying here 4th to 14th February in room 1315. From start to finish we had a wonderful time. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas, with beautiful grounds. The food was lovely everywhere we tried, our favourite was the Italian. We treated ourselves to a couple of days at Ivo Beach, the Adult only area, this was very relaxing. We also had the Hammam Scrub on day one of the holiday, and highly recommend it. What makes the hotel extra special is the staff, I’m not going to mention names as each and every one we met was lovely. No matter what their job title they were helpful and friendly. Did we feel safe? 100% yes Would we return? 100% yes

My husband, parents and 1 y/o just returned from an amazing week staying in this beautiful hotel. We stayed in a swim up room, which was gorgeous. The staff are all absolutely amazing. I was worried about bringing our son to sharm with him being so young but I had honestly nothing to worry about. The staff were all absolutely amazing with him, he loved all the attention he got. The entertainment was perfect too, not too in your face but more than enough things going on day and night. The kids entertainment on an evening was brilliant. Food was 10/10, something for everyone and the a la carte restaurants were lovely. We also tried the teppanyaki one night (paid extra) and that was brilliant too. Drinks were all lovely, usually we are sick of the drinks by the end of an all inclusive holiday, but not here. There were plenty of cocktails to choose from, and the wine and lager were really nice. If you're thinking about booking this hotel DO IT, you will not regret it. Thanks for a wonderful week away, only regret is I wish we'd stayed longer. See you next year!

We have just returned from a 9 night stay at Coral Sea Sensatori, Sharm El Sheikh. We have visited this hotel many times over the last twelve years, which demonstrates how much we love this hotel, but most importantly the people - all the staff go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay a pleasant and enjoyable one! The number of guests that return multiple times is testament to this. The management team are so engaged, consistently seeking feedback from guests and it’s evident that the newly appointed General Manager is re-investing money back to improve all aspects of the hotel and has a strong vision for more exciting changes! The food is fabulous here. The main Fountain buffet restaurant serves a huge range of delicious food to suit everyone. There are six Al a carte restaurants which offer different cuisines - three of these are payable, but very reasonable priced for something extra special. Drinks across the hotel are plentiful with wine, beer, local spirits and fabulous cocktails. There is also a ‘fizz hour’ 6-7pm where guests can enjoy a glass or two Prosecco ahead of dinner! The whole hotel environment is spotless. The gardens are superbly maintained and most of the pools are now heated so you can enjoy all year round! The snorkelling experience from the hotels‘ jetty is incredible, with staff on-hand to overcome any fears for those less experienced and amazing diving nearby for the more advanced divers too! The hotels spa is highly recommended which a huge selection of treatments, all reasonably priced. There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. We know there are cheaper options available, but the level of service coupled with the standard of accommodation and food this hotel offers if easily justified. We always have a heavy heart when leaving… but we carry the love and kindness of the staff, many of whom we now consider friends with us until we return, hopefully later this year!

This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel (8 weeks since our first visit) and we weren’t disappointed as it was as perfect a stay as our first time. As you approach the hotel the outside is very impressive and the warm welcome with smiling faces offering a refreshing glass of a tasty chilled drink is very much appreciated, along with the rolled facecloths to cool yourself down after your long journey. Check-in was very quick and efficient and as we were returning guests we received a dark blue wristband which alerted staff that you’d been before and they all greeted you with an extra special greeting “hello, welcome back, lovely to see,you again”. We also received a basket of various fresh fruits in our room along with vouchers for an extra complimentary visit to one of the a la carte restaurants and discounts for the spa etc. all of which were nice little touches. Everything about this hotel is wonderful so I don’t really know where to start with my praise but I do know that there isn’t anything I can complain about. The hotel itself, and the grounds, are immaculate and there is non-stop cleaning, maintenance and gardening being carried out constantly throughout the day. One night we were returning to our room after midnight and there was a group of men painting the whole of the restaurant terrace floor ensuring it was perfect ready for the next day. The staff work tirelessly to give you the best holiday ever and will not let you move a sun bed or go the bar to get your own drink, they even help you carry your soup bowl back to your table. There are constantly senior staff on hand looking out for anything that needs attending to and they direct the waiters accordingly but all the staff work so hard anyway and can’t do enough for you. The buffet restaurant provide such a variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that you will never fail to find something to eat and those with special dietary needs need not worry as gluten free and vegan options are well catered for. Make sure you book your complimentary visits to the a la carte restaurants in advance so you don’t miss out - they are all amazing. The main family pool area is huge and as soon as you approach the area the pool attendants/lifeguards run over to assist you in moving your bed to exactly where you want it (they are big and heavy but very comfy with cushions provided so it’s much appreciated that these guys help you). The bar there is run so efficiently by all the friendly staff, the supervisor being Ahmed who is constantly smiling and ensuring everybody has a drink as soon as they are settled on their sun bed and then he and the other waiters regularly through the day keep you topped up. There is an aqua aerobics session every day which is really popular and such good fun to either take part in or just watch. We enjoyed the variety of music played around the pool with gentle music each morning and then in the afternoon there would be a singing session by one of the very talented entertainment team (I can’t understand why a previous review likened it to karaoke as the team are all really talented). We paid a visit to Thea’s coffee bar after the pool each day (it became a little chilly about 4.30pm with being early Feb) and their coffee and cakes made a nice change and filled a spot until evening meal. Our fav waiter here was Mahmoud who was so friendly and worked really hard but always so cheerful - he also worked in the piano bar later on in the evening and was still so happy despite working such long hours. All the staff are happy and friendly and in the piano bar we were really looked after by Mohammed x2 and also the lovely Samir. Book this holiday and you will not be disappointed.

We had a superb time! We stayed in a swim up family room, but as the main pool and beach are so close to each other, we barely used the swim up pool. The water sports are a must - Deano organised three brilliant trips - the snorkelling was amazing! Like the other reviews, the service we experienced through the hotel was outstanding. Great hotel, lovely and helpful staff. We’re planning to go again.

We have just returned from a week’s holiday, it was like memory lane in some ways, having last stayed here 10 years ago and the very first time when known as the Conrad. What we can say is the level of service provided has moved to another level. There is a genuine desire by the hotel team to make your stay memorable with some members providing service over and aboard. It is refreshing to have managers taking a proactive approach coming to speak with you during your stay. During the stay our grandson turned 8 years old, the restaurant and activity/kids club teams really made this special for him to the extent he was nearly in tears at the stage they gave him a birthday cake during our evening meal and sang in English and Arabic A special mention to Mahmoud and Mahammed from the main restaurant who were instrumental in making this happen. The food quality and extensive options that included providing various dietary needs was excellent. Pool service was excellent too and another special mention to Samir who looked after us throughout our stay. We made use of the activities, of which there were several you could participate in each day. Within this there are plenty of opportunities to keep fit and more relaxed well-being activities. Many of these were led by Beth, an outstanding individual who was very conscious of adapting to individuals needs, while still pushing you to get the best out of the activity. Wifi access across the resort has to be purchased, which works out at around £10 per room for the stay up to 5 devices. The connectivity was as good as you can get in the UK, so the cost was reasonable. In summary, while we had high expectations, these were surpassed and we will be returning again, though not waiting as long as 10 years this time.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this hotel. The staff are a credit to the hotel and are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well serviced, the grounds are lovely and all areas are kept spotless. The food was excellent in the main restaurant and the a la carte restaurants are worth visiting especially the Middle Eastern one, Marhaba. The drinks are good quality and the waiters were always around so you didn’t have to stand at the bar. We weren’t sure about the etiquette for tipping after reading some of the previous reviews and thinking we would have to tip as we went along, we took some US dollars. However no one angled for a tip at any time and we just left a tip in the tip box in the restaurants and the bars we used, at the end, as well as leaving one for the room steward. At no point did we feel we received lesser attention from anyone for not tipping directly. Also you can leave tips in uk pounds, euros, dollars or Egyptian pounds. The beach is great to walk along but it is sharp sand and stones so beach shoes are advisable. If you want to snorkel or swim you do it off the end of a pontoon. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, we will be going back.
