My stay at Novotel was amazing, the staffs were welcoming at begging and they will make you a family if you stay long, I stayed for 9 days. My room is exactly looks like on the picture, very neat, wide enough with the necessary equipment, the janitors are trustworthy. Their salad and sweets(cakes) are special. I have a dissatisfaction on some services, the internet(wifi) is too slow, the spa is too expensive however you can negotiate.

I am very happy that I spent my long-awaited vacation at Novotel. Here I truly felt at home and as a dear guest. When traveling solo, it is very important for me to be safe, and I also appreciate the comfort and hospitality of all the staff and the hotel administration. The location of the hotel is extremely successful, the first line by the sea, entry into the sea is possible without special shoes, because the corals are not located right next to the shore. This is a huge advantage! large, spacious and clean private beach, free bar on the beach and by the pools. The cozy rooms of Novotel Beach and Palm will allow you to relax comfortably, equipped with everything you need: modern TV, kettle, hairdryer and safe, telephone for communication with the reception. They always bring water to the room, there are 5 towels, soap, shampoos and shower gel. Special thanks for the cuisine in the hotel restaurant: a varied and tasty menu every day, decoration, grilled meat and seafood every evening, and a choice of wine. Also free snacks. Pleasant and not intrusive music during the day, animators will not let you get bored: programs for children and adults during the day. Every day you are surrounded by care and attention. The Palm Hotel has several pools, and the buildings with rooms personally reminded me of the style of Greek houses, beautiful landscape design, and clear navigation. Many locations for beautiful photos and a great view from the room. Within walking distance of the main street of Naama Bay with shopping centers, shops and restaurants. The hotel guides offer various excursions at competitive prices and there are special offers. I was lucky enough to travel by bus to Jerusalem, including the Dead Sea and visits to religious temples.

Our stay at Novotel Sharm was perfect! 
We stayed in palm side which was so peaceful and tranquil with many birds singing and beautiful gardens full of jasmine and lovely palm trees. The grounds were constantly being tended to and everything was pristine. Although palm side is on the other side of the road and further from the beach we liked the atmosphere which was much more peaceful than beach side.

The room was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Large bed, large shower, hot water, fridge, kettle, separate toilet.
The breakfast which was included was vast, with so much choice for every taste. We were happy with everything especially the hygiene which was very good.

The staff were very very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, especially when it was my partner's birthday and a cake was arranged as a surprise. Special thanks to Roma who was always around and arranged the surprise. He genuinely looks happy to be doing his job and he seemed to personally know everyone at the hotel. Also special thanks to Karem who was the ever helpful receptionist. He really helped with every little request I needed. Absolutely nothing was too much bother for him.
Karem and Roma are defintly destined for top management jobs.  I have to say though that all of the staff were happy and helpful and always had time to say hi.

We were reccomend the hotel by friends who knew we would like the beach and snorkeling. The reef is literally within walking distance from the beach and there are hundreds of fish swimming around the reef. We snorkelled in several places around Sharm and Dahab and this place was definitely one of the better places. We were a little sad to see some tourists feeding the fish despite there being signs up in every language advising not to feed them! We were hassled by the massage people the first day or 2 on the beach and one in particular seemed to think we could just book 6 sessions for $250 there and then. After we made it clear we were not interested we were left alone. But it was a bit tiring to start with.

We booked for 3 nights as a special treat but ended up booking another week using the membership scheme which gave us a discount . We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and everything that the Novotel had to offer and although it was a little out of our budget it was well worth the extra money. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will hope to be back one day.

We have been coming to Sharm for 20 years, this time we tried a different hotel (Novotel Beach). We came here because of how good the reviews were.

This is my honest review, we stayed on an all inclusive basis.

Hotel 4/5 the hotel is tired but so are all the hotels again this is due to the pandemic.
Our room was on the second floor but our balcony only had a view of trees and the rest were buildings. Our room was cleaned every day with clean towels, shower gel, shampoo, water, tea, coffee are left daily. Our cleaner was lovely, he did a great job.

Restaurant(beach side) 4/5 mainly due to customer service skills by the restaurant staff. They needed to interact with their guests to make them feel welcome. This was sadly lacking, but this also maybe due to them being new staff! (Pandemic)

Pool 5/5 can be very loud at times due to the music, but even though it was only small it was never full.

Food 5/5 it was very good by Egyptian standards. The chefs were very friendly and a big shout out to Chefs Muhammed, Omar and Islam.
You could get as much bottled water as you need, as well as soft & alcohol drinks from 10am in the morning.
Lovely touch was eating around the pool one night, and a BBQ in the lawned area.

Animation team 5/5 they all worked extremely hard from 10am until 10pm. Great shows for children and adults day & night! Special mention to the lovely Olga.

Beach 5/5 you are directly on the beach. Beach is clean and plenty of sun beds for everyone.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at the Novotel Palm.
We loved the hotel and had a great experience with most of the staff.
Ali on reception is an absolute credit to this hotel. Upon arrival he could see that my mobility isn't great so changed the room we were booked into to one that was as close to reception as possible, he also sourced a wheelchair for me free of charge, which made the holiday.
The lifeguards on the Palm side were also very lovely, sadly I didn't get the name, but one went out of his way to help at the pool, giving me an extra towel and making sure I was comfortable.
Housekeeping was good, although he (Ali) got a bit much towards the end of our holiday, when he saw us coming he would take the wheelchair from my husband push me. He also pushed his way into the room and would hang around until we had to make it clear to him that we wanted him to leave. (Worked out that he was unsure of when we were leaving and wanted a tip)
The security guys who help you cross the road from Palm side to Beach side were very helpful and made sure we got across the road safely, always smiling and chatty, we built up a great repport with them.

THE BIGGEST LET DOWN was the catering and dining room experience.
We had to go over to the Beach side for meals as the restaurant on palm side was not open. (time of year)
We really struggled with finding something to suit us to eat at lunch and evening meals. The choice was not great for a five star hotel. Also the fact that the hot food was not help yourself, you were served by the chef which was very unpleasant as people were pushing and shoving trying to get served. One chef was very unpleasant. My husband got my meals for me so I didn't have to get involved in the chaos and was very reluctant to give my husband two meals, he even came to the dining area to look and make sure my husband wasn't getting all the food for himself.
The staff in the main were not friendly, having said that we did have a couple of members of staff who we got to know and were helpful to us.
We got to the point where we went out to eat or ordered room service, something we should not have to do having paid for fully inclusive.
We ate at the a la carte restaurant (for which you have to pay for) and the food was great and also the service, on our second night (which happened to be our final night) we arrived to a special table just for us on the beach. It was lovely.
The beach is lovely and great for snorkeling seeing the fish and coral. Also plenty of water sports to keep the thrill seekers entertained.

All in all, yes we would return, and stay on the Palm side as it is much quieter than beach side, but would not pay all inclusive due to the catering.

Along the last ten years , Novotel Sharm was our favorite place that we can spend our vacation in. We feel like home, we always find a very good service, and professional staff. We had one of the best trips ever in Novotel Sharm El Sheikh with a warm welcoming from Mr Mohamed El-Emary (General Manager of the hotel) and the shining smile of Roma from the guest relations team.

The food was so tasty and the buffet had variety of different kind of food (Mr Ashraf the restaurant manager and Mr Sofyan the F&B Manager were very helpful and they were trying their best to make us feel happy)

Rooms were so clean and big enough with an amazing view on the pool and the suite was overlooking the beach.

Special thanks to Mr Mohamed El-Emary and Mr Ahmed Ibrahim for their hospitality and the way they managing every single thing of the hotel and manking sure that every guest is satisfied and happy.

If you love the sea, this hotel will allow you to enjoy it!
pros:
1) Hotel rooms are big. There is a comfortable bed, sofa and standard table. The table and big room were important for me because I wanted to visit Sharm El Sheikh with my friends and be able to work remotely via laptop, and I got it.
2) Good beach service: it was possible to get fresh drinks at the beach bar. Also there was a towel card that allowed me to get a towel near the beach and didn't bring it to room to dry. Also there were massive deckchairs.
3) Stations that provide sea entertainment were nearby .
4) The hotel has a wonderful animation team that provides different activities for everybody.
5) There were very tasty sweets! (really tasty).
6) ATM in the hotel lobby.
7) The hotel is a beautiful green oasis in the middle of the desert.

cons:
1) The absent-minded men worked in cleaning service. They always forget to do something. For example: they didn't provide enough battles of water for 3 people, didn't provide tea, forget to put napkins in the bathroom. On the last day I didn't leave tips because their work was horrible. (Hotel administration please! Teach them to calculate the required number of bottles with water at least for 2, 3, 4 guests)
2). There weren't enough napkins in any place. For some reason I asked the service staff to give me the napkins.
3) I don't see a reason to buy a tour that includes alcohol. Hotel alcohol smells weird. Better to buy your own alcohol in a duty free zone.
4) Hotel doesn't have good wi-fi coverage. It made me buy a local sim-card.

Conclusion: I can recommend this accommodation for family or for couples that want to relax and just enjoy the sea.

Hotel is beautiful but overall we are not satisfied with our stay.
We stayed 6 nights.

Let’s start with the positive : price is not expensive for a 5* Accor Hotel, breakfast is good and all of the restaurant staff, especially the hostess, are nice and smily. Room view was amazing and room was quite big as they upgraded us in a family room. The private beach is a good spot to swim or to do snorkeling. Wifi is good for Sharm el Sheikh.

However, here are all the problems we had during our stay :

1. The number of ravens and flies make me question about the cleanliness of the resort. At breakfast, you will constantly be annoyed by flies. At beach, ravens will often brush past your head. It’s the only hotel in Sharm where I have experienced this. For example, next to our door they were dirty plates, trash... from another room and it wasn’t removed for the entire stay.
2. In our room sink was clogged since the day of our arrival. We had to ask two times the front desk and waited 3 days for the sink to be fixed.
3. Only 2 out of 4 plugs were functional in the room and it couldn’t be fixed by the technician.
4. Shower handle was broken as well, it was difficult to regulate water temperature and pressure.
5. ATM : 2 out of 3 are out of service. I tried the third one and as I inserted my card (I didn’t even put my pin code, or touched the machine) the machine switched off and started a reboot. I waited 15 minutes and when the machine switched on again I never got my credit card back. As I informed front desk they suggested it was my fault and they weren’t able to give my credit card back. So I had to call my bank to block my card and went back to France without it.
6. As we were leaving during the night, to avoid stress and hurry at departure, we paid everything (room+extras) the day before. But when we left, receptionist said that we have extras left to pay. We said that we already paid it and we showed the invoice. But we had to wait 10 more minutes for the receptionist to call his colleague, search on the computer etc and then to say “oh ok sorry it’s already paid”
7. In general, front desk service is poor. We had a problem with one receptionist in particular, who was clearly unpleasant. Other receptionists were nice but whenever you ask information they are not helpful or/and very slow.

Hello! I I didn't make a trip to Cairo and luxpr gazie and cannot give exact information about prices, but I can assure you that they have many very interesting and not very expensive offers there. I have made another excursions (diving, camels, safari) and was very satisfied with quality and price. Wish you a nice vacation!
