We visited Sharm and stayed at the FS for 5 nights at the tail end of our 2 week trip through Egypt. It is the largest FS in the world at 100 acres (incl new addition). When someone says the largest resort, I typically cringe but their staff to guest ratio is pretty good and the grounds and gardens are impeccably maintained, and even during the Christmas to NYE week, had no issues finding reservations at the restaurants, finding sun loungers etc.,.. There are so many places to sit and admire the natural beauty and so many vantage points to admire the gardens.. also we did almost 12000 steps a day by choosing to walk everywhere on the property instead of using the complimentary buggy service. The resort is very photogenic :) Sinai Blue provides for amazing water sports/activities right at the dock. To think that one part of the resort is 20 years old and the other part is 2 months old and when you walk the grounds, you cannot tell which is which tells you they put some thought into it. The newer rooms where we stayed 3 nights are absolutely gorgeous, modern, and state of the art and spacious. The older rooms are clean, very well maintained (and will be undergoing renovations over the next year). The amenities and the décor of the older rooms might feel slightly dated but with the location, how much time are you spending in the room anyway. It is also priced accordingly and so one should not feel that you are not getting your money's worth. But the true highlight of the property is the staff. They are true gems, love their job, and genuinely invest in making sure the guests have a great time and pay attention to everything. Atef went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable and delivered a magical birthday experience for my sister. The restaurant staff (Othmen, Kattab, Elia, Engy, Armando) and the beach staff (Ragab, Hossein, Ismal, Isaac) and Alina, Hany and Mary all delivered on the FS promise. Also, the sunrise views at this property are truly spectacular!! Must stay and we would definitely go back. Thank you for an amazing holiday!!

I had the pleasure of staying here for 5 days with my partner for my birthday and we had the most amazing experience!

The resort itself is so so beautiful, there are flowers literally everywhere and the views from the rooms are stunning. The rooms are very spacious and clean and I was very impressed with the housekeeping -their organization skills and attention to detail was perfect.

We loved that they had various cuisines available for dinner- an international buffet restaurant, Italian and a seafood & meat grill restaurant. Our favourite was the Italian, we were so impressed with the food that we assumed the chef was Italian then found out he wasn’t! Nonetheless the food was very authentic and delicious. We also loved the breakfast buffet! So many different options and the fruits and desserts were so fresh and yummy. Their french toast is to die for!!

The resort has its own snorkeling reef from the beach and we loved snorkeling there every day!!! We saw so many different fish that we didn’t even feel the need to do a separate tour. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, it’s surrounded by palm trees and stunning views of the Red Sea. It’s spacious with lots of sunbeds, the perfect place for families with kids. The staff on the beach and pool were so hardworking and attentive even when working in excruciating heat.

Our favourite part was the Citadel Lounge, where we went every night after dinner for drinks. They had a different show on every evening, from Live singers to belly dancers, a Cuban band and a Tanoura show, it was so so entertaining!! The level of service was unreal, Nour and Peter were INCREDIBLE, they chatted with us every time and were so friendly and professional. We never had to wait a second for our drink and snacks as it was always ready. Not to mention our cocktails were delicious! They make the best cuba libres!! On my birthday, they surprised me with a dessert plate and a birthday song, with a little dance from the belly dancer also :) it was so so special. On our last day while having our last meal, Nour organized us a cake saying goodbye and we honestly didn’t want to leave.. Nour was really one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met!

There are so many great things to say about this resort but the list would just go on and on. All I have to say is that we are SO GLAD to have chose four seasons and we recommend it to everyone 100%. The resort, the service, the staff, the food and rooms are all fantastic. Thank you Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh, we will definitely be back!!

This was our second time in this wonderful resort!
In this place, the staff is just beyond amazing! We have tried their baby sitting services, fantastic! All the restaurants are delicious!
If you want something that is not in the menu (we had an amazing Thai tom yam soup, or an Indian chicken vindaloo... ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!
The rooms are cozy, also great for families, for religious pilgrims considering the proximity of St Catherine's Monastery, safe, I cannot stress SAFE enough since there is a misconception at the moment I believe in regard to Egypt.

Thank you Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh for a wonderful stay!

It was our first time in Four Season Hotel and it was an amazing experience. Our room with a sea view and a location were superb. Service was prompt and tidy. The front desk and housekeeping stuff were very reactive on any need we had.
We could not say enough exciting words about restaurants. We prefer Al Carte Menu so all restaurants were open and every cuisine we tried were exquisite. We would like to say special thank you to Adel and Honi who work in Reef restaurant and made our evening dinner more than a special occasion. The whole staff mainly in the restaurant Reef is absolutely amazing; the view is splendid and unique.
Special thank you to Rae, a manager of Yanai. Rae was knowledgeable, professional, attentive and personal. Such a gem.
We will miss a Rasheed who took care of our sunbathing needs on the beach (cliff area). He always kept an eye on us and was very attentive for anything we were in need.
Thank you to Karina at Arabesque and a crew we had during breakfast. Morning experience was flawless and always delightful.
Again and again. If you are stay in Four Season Hotel – it is really hard to be disappointed.
Thank you and we will be back in October.

Staying at the Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh is like being treated as royalty, yes it’s expensive in compassion to other resorts, especially those offering all inclusive, but if you are looking for that something special, a first class excellent service, the quality of the food, the ambience of your surroundings, then this is place for you. It’s impressive.

We booked a 5 night stay via BA holidays opting for business class flights and transfers on a B&B basis. The superior Garden room was more of a suite, with large separate lounge, dressing room and bathroom, comprising of both walk-in power shower and bath. Top name toilettes by Gypsy water were in abundance, as were the Egyptian towels.

The room was extremely comfortable with ample seating, both inside and outside in the small but private garden. A nice touch was the adapter plugs in case you forget yours. You are supplied daily with water and they appear more than happy to leave more on request. There is room service both in the morning and early evening turn down, which we declined.

We had breakfast at the Arabesque restaurant just below reception looking out over the vast gardens and Red Sea beyond, they are happy to offer you full service breakfast dinning or as we preferred, to get our own from the buffet a few steps inside. Fresh juice, tea or coffee is served to your table. There is both inside and out dinning areas.

The grounds are huge and on arrival took a walk around with the aid of the map to locate the various pools, bars and restaurants on the property. They offer a buggy service door to door if you can’t manage the walk, there are also two Funicular trams running during the day.

There are 3 large pools each of which with oversized sun beds, and towels. Few hotels I have stayed at offer mini ice boxes with bottled bottle. Again there are plenty of friendly staff around should you want drinks. There are loads of sun beds all over the property so need to get up at 6.00am to bag one, you are spoilt for choice here. The hotel has it’s own dive centre.

There are various restaurants on the property each with a different theme serving its unique cuisine.

The staff are wonderful, extremely helpful, well trained and friendly, which is more than I can say for the Immigration staff at Sharm El Sheikh airport which were truly some for the rudest people I have come across.

NOTE ON ENTERING Sharm El Sheikh Airport

Having queued to 30 minutes we were then told we needed to fill immigration forms in, why weren’t we given these in the first place. Then being made to queue all over again. A great way to put tourist off.

Other than that, the Four Seasons far exceeded our expectations A first class Luxurious Resort where nothing is too much trouble.

We spent 5 night (2 adults and 2 kids), it is awesome !
January seems a cold month especially if you come from the middle east, but it is absolutely amazing during the day time and a little bit chill and maybe windy at night time. We enjoyed it. Make sure a heavy clothes are available for the little ones after sunset. High recommended places: snorkeling during day time at fourseasons reef, spending time at fourseasons beach, dine at Fares Seafood (Hadhabah location), enjoy sunset time at Farsha (Hadhabah), short walk at Soho, buggy drive in desert (make sure all wear scarfs and sunglasses as it gets too sandy) submarine to let kids enjoy watching fish under water. All can be organized by the fourseasons concierge.

From the moment you enter the hotel, staff members make you feel as comfortable and pampered. Everyone is so attentive to you... pool, spa, sport activities, dining ... you named
Concierge was caring of our security and save during our excursion to Mount Sinai, prepare our breakfast. Room clean was done at discretion with out disturbing our privacy. Food recommendations were also very good. We can said Four Seasons at Sharm el Sheikh is a dream for vacation.

The hotel itself and property is beautiful. Rooms are also nice but a bit outdated. That said, there were many factors that were a surprise to me that I never experienced in a Four Seasons previously. The service was not up to standard, the staff (not all obviously) always try to impose themselves to get tips. The rooms had 4 Nespresso coffee capsules for the ENTIRE stay (whether staying one night or a week) and any addition capsule you will have to pay $3 which I found ridiculous. The food in general is below average. When checking out at 7am, there were no hotel cars available (which is fair since we didn't book in advance) but hotel cars cost $50 to take you to airport which is less than a 10 minute ride (vs. cabs where you pay equivalent of $10 when I arrived to Sharm El Sheikh). When asking for hotel to help us order or get a taxi, they advised us that taxis are not allowed to enter into the property - they took us in a buggy to the property's main gate, dropped our bags and left us alone to find a car (which there weren't any) and when an oddly looking mini van passed by across the street, the staff at the gate entrance advised us to go talk to the van and ask him to take us to the airport and agree on a price. I expected the minimum they could have done is helped us calling a taxi company (which I believe there are many in the area) or the bare minimum is for the staff to help us calling a cab from the street.

My stay at Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh was fantastic.

The hotel is very nice, elegant and luxury yet natural and relaxing. My room was very big and with a good view of the hotel.

The hotel staff were all very polite, greeting me everytime I arrived whether from my room or from outside. The resort was big so I had to use the buggy from my room to the lobby but the service was fast.

I was very impressed wih the staff at the beach, they were polite and very helpful. I forgot to pack my sandal and had to go to the beach with trainers. When I told the staff, he made a request to the housekeeping to bring me in-room slipper for my temporary use.

This comes to mysuggestion for the hotel that perhaps they should have out-door slipper/sandal ready for guests who forgot to bring theirs. I eventually bought it from the hotel shop the next day but it also consumed time and luckily they had it my size. Beach bag would also be useful if they have it available.

The breakfast was also nice with buffet and additional dishes that could be ordered

I also had dinner at the Italian restaurant and the staff were very helpful. I was with friends from other rooms so right from the start we asked them to split the bills and they could easily do it without any confusion.

All in all in is a truly fantastic hotel and if I get the chance to visit Sharm again, this would surely be my first choice.

The hotel is gorgeous and magical, oozing charm. Beautiful architecture. The rooms, comfort, service - absolutely impeccable. The breakfast delicious and Italian restaurants very good. We loved it and will come back soon. Only didn’t like the much too high prices of the SPA not in proportion to any similar hotel in a similar location. So we didn’t use it. Too bad! Also they didn’t allow free late checkout although the hotel was quite empty due to Corona virus. I thought that at these special times the management could afford being more generous to their few guests. But overall it was amazing!
