We had a family reunion at Sharm Dream Resort. We booked 5 double rooms for 4 nights on All-Inclusive basis, in December 2019. We truly enjoyed our stay. First of all, the Front Office Manager, Islam Shahin, did all his best to allow us to enjoy our stay, and accommodated all our needs and requests. Then, the entire resort staff were cheerful and extremely helpful. The food was GREAT. We truly enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, as well as all snacks and drinks. The heated swimming pool was excellent, and the we truly enjoyed the beach, crossing the street to Fayrouz Resort.
We recommend this resort to anyone visiting Sharm El-Sheikh.
There was only one thing that we didn't like, and we hope that the resort management would change: making Free Wifi available across the entire resort. Unfortunately, you would have to pay significant amount to get Wifi access for each device during your stay, and we were all annoyed by that, and ended up using a Mifi device from Vodafone to serve the entire family.

We rested in mid-December 2020. In general we liked everything very much.
The main advantage of this hotel is its location - 5 minutes walk to the best beach in Naama Bay.
The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful and well-groomed, there are several pools of various sizes, and the hotel also has its own water park. Due to the small number of people in the water park, only a few slides worked.
The food in the hotel is monotonous, but tasty enough.
The room was good, spacious, had large bed, also we had a view to the main pool. The only thing that required to update its the furniture in the room.
The hotel staff are polite and helpful guys.
Especially we liked the team of bartenders (special hello to the bartenders Ali and Emad, they always share a positive mood, attentive to the tourists).
Also we liked the work of the rescuers on the beach. Vigilantly watch the children, control that tourists do not swim behind the buoys. We especially want to note a rescuer named Ibrahim, for his serious and responsible approach to work, he also does not refuse to help tourists, answering their questions.

Amazing place to enjoy a vacation solo, in group or with family. I tried all as I'm a repeater guest to this resort. Firstly, it's located in the famous Naama bay with an 800 meters long beach across the street.
All the staff are greatly polite, helpful and always doing their best to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The reception front office together with guest relations staff are very kind, professional and intelligently handling all your requests.
The food and beverages are amazingly great in quality, varieties and serving. Helpfull trip counceling section can help you arrange for a safari, glass boot, camel riding and tours. There, you can enjoy many activities with the help of the delightful animation team members who are all funny with pleasant manners and sense of humor. A plenty of activities like darts, aqua gym, stretching and volleyball . You can enjoy gym and body massaging sessions for a little extra payment. Snorkeling and diving activities are at your fingertips. I'm writing this because I love this place. Thanks to all there and I will be back very soon.

let's start with pros;
Aircon was very good in room, noisy at first but sorted quickly, in main building too very good whilst sat inside you would not think it was 40°+ outside. Reception good, check in check out and the young lady at guest relations excellent. The room, spacious plenty of storage, big comfy bed and plenty of hot water. They left water after cleaning room and generally changed your pool towels on an evening. Pools, one main pool with swim up bar and various other pools dotted about with access to Cleo park in with your all inclusive. All pools had a life guard and looked lovely. Now the negs, some of the small pools said adults only and some said children under 12 to be supervised by a responsible adult. No they weren't, there was noisy screaming unattended kids in every pool and nobody policed it, not even the life guards, one Mark off for that. Now the big sore point, the canteen, bar area come cattle market! Food ok but same every single day for all 3 meals. Broken wobbly and filthy tables and chairs to sit on and at. You had to find a table, bus it yourself and then try and find cutlery too. If you were very lucky you may find someone with a cloth to wipe the table but not very often. The whole place is just dirty. Same In the Calibri bar, 2 people serving for everyone in hotel as this is the only bar open on an evening. No ambience and just kids running everywhere including up to the bar. The seats were all dirty and stained if not wet through from people still in their wet swimwear. At least I hope that's why they were wet anyway! The whole place just smells dirty. My partner refused to dress up on an evening to avoid spoiling her clothes. She would have scored it even lower but for what we paid 2 from 5 is about a fair score and we got it really cheap, I would rate this hotel any higher than a poor 3 star hotel. It has access to a lovely beach across the road with lovely calm sea and fish that come right up to you.Thats the only highlight of our holiday.

Enjoyed the resort experience had plenty of facilities for kids. I think the staff make the experience that extra great. We went in December the weather was nice unfortunately Aqua park was too cold for the kids however the hotel had a heated pool which the kids used. Location is 10 minutes walk to naama bay and there are cabs outside which charge a reasonable prices just make sure you bargain. The food was ok could do more variety for kids but the staff at the restaurant were always helpful. Would come back again preferably in the summer so kids could have used the Aqua park

I’ve visited sharm dreams resort in September and I have to say that it’s one of the best hotels I’ve visited in Egypt, my hotel room was spacious and ALWAYS clean, the food was very tasty and Everyday there was something new, so my friends and I never got bored of the restaurant.
The beach there is so beautiful and I was pleased to see how much the staff cared to keep it clean!!!
The animation are beautiful positive people always smiling and always trying to entertain you with their beautiful shows (my favorite one was the fakir show highly recommend it for tourists) special thanks to Mina the chief animation for keeping up with your team and presenting us all these nice different shows everyday. I will miss you my friend!

We have just returned from a 3 week stay at the Sharm Dreams and we had a very nice holiday, the weather was perfect
We arrived at the hotel at about 7.30 pm after are flight was delayed but check in was speedy and we were given a very refreshing fruit cocktail a nice start to our holiday.
This wasn’t my first time at the Sharm Dreams and after a couple of days I recognised quite a few members of staff and they also remembered me which was again nice to see a friendly smiling face every day
We stayed in room 2001 which was cleaned every day with fresh towels and it was poolside close to the main hotel restaurant reception and Caribe bar
The main restaurant had a wide selection of salads cheese, desserts, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, you etc you couldn’t go hungry which over the 21 nights we were at the hotel we varied as all inclusive can get a little boring.
I can honestly say it was the best holiday I have had for a long time and what made it extra special was the staff at the hotel they couldn’t do enough for you they wanted you to enjoy your vacation
I have to mention Ala the lifeguard and his team keeping everyone safe in the pool area and boy did they work hard as the main pool area was very busy
The pool bar Caribe bar staff worked tirelessly serving drinks all day always with a a smile
The main restaurant was very busy breakfast dinner and evening time but the staff cleared tables cleaned up, found you a tables nothing was to much trouble.
But most of all I want to say a very big thank you to Mohamed Ali he made a holiday an Amazing holiday he looked after us so well I can’t thank him enough
He seemed to be everywhere making sure everyone was enjoying themselves and having a good time
I must mention the reception staff and in the background the manager again working tirelessly to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves.
The hotel is in a great location just a short walk to the hotels beach and a 5-10 minute walk into Naama Bay which has plenty of restaurants, shops and bars, Soho Square is about 15 minutes in a taxi and taxis are available at the hotel or on the main road .
Again thank you too everyone at the Sharm Dreams
I would most definitely recommend this hotel and I will be returning in the near future

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

We stayed at the Sharm Dreams Vacation Club.
It is not easy to write a review like this, so we hope to be fair in our feedback.

The Good
The beautiful towel animals our cleaner made. He did try to do his best to clean our room.
The omelettes at breakfast (and the egg chef)
The mosquito sprayer around the whole resort
Nice beach towels
Naama Bay beach and coral reef is beautiful

The Bad
The exterior of the vacation club buildings look like a war zone. There was old furniture, towels, bedding, lamp shades and more lying all around the property.
Paint peeling off the walls, broken lights, uneven paving, dangerous walkways, no numbers on the room door, dust and dirt everywhere.
No hot water for 4 days, after asking numerous times. And seeing the technician in our apartment. But no luck.
A leak in the bathroom, with a constant wet floor.
A disgusting old kitchen with no utensils and cookware. A gritty old stove. Some crockery in the cupboard was still
grubby.
The smell in the apartment was very stale and musty.
Pool closed at the vacation club
Fire alarm siren in the apartment would go off at random hours (for no reason)

The Ugly
It was literally UGLY. The staff do try, but this was out of their hands. This is not a year or two of neglect, but many years.

No hot water for 4 days was awful for our whole family.

We decided to check out after 4 days, instead of 7. When we checked out early we were not asked why. We were merely asked for our keys and towels.

No apology was given at any point for the state of the property.

I don’t think it’s acceptable to offer accommodation on such a basis, until some maintenance and general cleaning is done.

A good experience! A very relaxed holiday!
A big variety of international food in the big room restaurant: the two Assistant Restaurant Managers and all staff take care about clients with very very attention.
The room is cleaned and comfortable: the house keepers are very nice and ready for every request.
The main swimming pool is perfectly organised by Mohamed Shukri (Life Guard) and his staff: very kind!
The beach is wonderful and the distance between the chaise longues mantains a big level of privacy.
It’s important consider that 5 stars hotel in Egypt aren’t like in Europe: the standard is different. If I should judge, I would vote 3 stars plus, not 5.

First of all, when we checked in, we were given no information about the hotel, reception staff not very helpful, most of them don’t understand English. Extreme lack of information around the hotel about the whereabouts of our amenities that we have paid for. Water park was completely shut or it should’ve been, only 2 slides were open. Bar staff were extremely unfriendly, they repeatedly gave the wrong drinks to us and refused to hand out a certain amount of drinks to you as “it was too many” regardless if we were staying as an all inclusive stay. The entertainment was boring would’ve preferred to be harassed by the shopkeepers at Naama bay. Now the food, staying for 7 nights and the food each night was not to a 5 star standard let alone a 3 star standard. The cafeteria is very unorganised and could barely cope in the low season of March, I dread to think what it would be like during the summer. No cutlery at the tables majority of the time, had to chase down the waiters to receive cutlery every time at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only edible food was the rice and bread. However the a le carte was very good but unfortunately you could only do this once per stay, just goes to show the lack of effort they put into their cafeteria food. Checkout is at 12, we checked out at exactly 12:00 and the reception staff were going crazy as we hadn’t handed the keys back and were very rude and demanded the room key. The hotel is advertised as a beach front hotel however they don’t inform you that the beach is across a busy main road with no pedestrian crossings, in another hotel. On a positive note, the hotel is in a good location, about 15 minutes walk to Naama Bay where you can find Hard Rock Cafe and McDonald’s, keep this in mind as you’ll probably prefer to eat there.
