What a fantastic Christmas break we have had. The room was just perfect- overlooking the pool and so clean. We arrived back every afternoon to a different display of towel art and flower petals around the room. Our flight was delayed and so the Christmas Eve dinner was brought to our room and we sat on the terrace having a romantic dinner.
We enjoyed the food so much and staff were always keen to get feedback. There is the Paradise Restaurant on site where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner but you need to book dinner and an Egyptian restaurant which was also a lovely experience. The buffet restaurant is currently being renovated and is due to open soon so you are able to use the other hotels buffet restaurant and toilet facilities whilst at the beach.
I had a freshly made omelette every day, salad for lunch and BBQ if we used it in the evening.
The hotel has a few shops and I bought some lovely bags at a good price.
The best part of the holiday really were the staff.
Never been anywhere with such friendly polite welcoming staff who go out of their way to help you.
There is live entertainment every evening on the terrace bar and waiter service which was fast and professional.
Also the snorkelling is amazing. So many beautiful tropical fish. 🐠
We will definitely return to this lovely, friendly, intimate hotel and look forward to seeing the staff again.
Thank you for a magical week Baron Palms.

We enjoyed 7 nights at the Baron Palm resort (adults only and all inclusive) which sits tucked behind the Baron resort. As a resident of the Palms you are situated in a quiet and calm space around two large pools. A short walk takes you to the beach with a cordoned off area for Palm’s residents from the Resort residents. There is a beach bar for the all inclusive drinks package and snacks available during the day. Entertainment is supplied in the outdoor theatre most nights. The staff are extremely attentive and the facilities are of a high standard.

Food is available throughout the day in either the Tiran restaurant or the Paradise Pool Bar, both of which offer excellent service and good quality food and drinks. Afternoon tea is presented in the Rendez Vous terrace overlooking the pools. There is also an Egyptian restaurant and cafe in the Baron Boulevard (the walk way from the hotel to the beach with a selection of shops). The landscaping is stunning and extremely well maintained.

Staff who stood out for us included the two man team who expertly cleaned and maintained our room to an exceptionally high standard with super Egyptian cotton linens and towels were Abdee and Mahmoud. The Rendez Vous bar lady Rachel was welcoming, hospitable and mixes super cocktails. Hezam greeted us warmly in the Paradise Pool cafe superbly supported by Ahmed. The food there is very good and they create a purposeful and effective team. Captain Mahmoud runs the Tiran Restaurant to an exceptionally high standard managing the team of Khaled and Ahmed who keep everything ship-shape and welcoming. The food in the Tiran is also very good with chefs on hand. Throughout the hotel staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available on each table. All efforts are made to keep everything as Covid safe as possible. Finally the front desk team of Ahmed Samir and Ahmed fulfilled all our requirements and facilitated our change of room, due to a defective air conditioner unit, smoothly and without rancour. All overseen by the Hotel General Manager who was visible throughout and came to offer us farewell as we checked out.

We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We have visited Baron Palms at the end of October, beginning of November. The weather was wonderful and most importantly so was the hotel. We were welcomed by the staff with a friendly smile and a small cocktail which makes a statement straight away that we would have a wonderful stay.
The hotel is very very clean through out, very spacious waiting lounges as well as a terrace, with a nice view of the pool, where you can enjoy music sessions in the evenings with a cocktail in your hand.
Baron Pams it’s build like a mini city where you walk along the ally and you have the swimming pool on your left, followed by the amphitheatre where in the evening entertainment is held. Followed by the Mini boulevard with its local shops, a Pool bar where you can play pool, a lovely terrace bar where you can enjoy a drink, as well as a Dance Club for the one that fancy a bit of dancing, but any time we went in there it was empty.
At the bottom of the boulevard you will find the beach and the beach bar.
The room was good, but would like more thorough daily cleaning as cups weren’t washed or no additional toilet paper added.
The food in the Restaurant was lovely with a good variety on offer, and themed nights every night. The waiters were friendly enough and the barmen at the beach bar were pretty good. One suggestion would be to have a coffee machine available for the guests to access on the beach to be able to enjoy a nice coffee in the morning on the beach, as the beach bar opens only at 10am.
I think the hotel with benefit with better entertainment in the evening as it’s an Adults Only hotel. There was only one night of a Clubbing on the beach which was super cool and fun.
You will have options to go out to night clubs for $20-25 for few hours, with the hotel guys. A drink is included in the price, but honestly I wouldn’t bother, is like drinking petrol. The drinks in the clubs start at $14, so not cheap, hence I think you should have Beach parties held every night, not just once a week.
For anyone that is not aware in Egipt you can’t just enter the sea and swim as it is very shallow and stony, but what is famous for is its corrals and sea life which is beautiful and Baron Palms has a very good reef where you can admire all sorts of fish and sea life etc.
We took a trip to Dahab, to do some diving, which took about 2 hours just to see the same kind of fish you have at the hotel so not really worth all that journey.
As they don’t serve Mango at the hotel don’t forget to buy some in the shops on the Boulevard as it’s amazing and doesn’t taste anything like you have tried.
Don’t forget to negotiate the prices anywhere you go as it’s part of the culture.
All in all a lovely stay at a lovely hotel.

We would like to express our deep gratitude for a great time at this hotel. Frankly, we did not expect that everything would be so well organized, starting from the work of the staff at the reception and ending with delicious dishes in the restaurant, but everything in order. Firstly, cleanliness: the hotel is regularly cleaned, caring for plants - the whole territory is planted with palm trees, flowers, a lawn. The rooms are just excellent, it was very comfortable and clean. Secondly, the staff: the hotel has wonderful and responsible people, top-level service! Thirdly, the cuisine: in the main restaurant the buffet every day a different cuisine and delicious desserts, which is very pleased. And the hotel’s animation was especially pleased: very funny and active guys always preposed various activities, games, evening shows and more. There is also a very large beach with leather sun loungers, there is Panton and cheerful music is constantly playing, so it definitely won’t be boring. In general, we really liked the hotel - we will definitely come here again and advise you!

This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in, the decor is simply beautiful, very clean, and aesthetically pleasing for a relaxing holiday. The pool is stunning day and night, and the private beach is just WOW!

The food served everyday, all day, is amazing, those chefs are incredible I loved everyday and every dish, just sublime! The food cooked on the beach is also very very nice, loved loved loved the service!
The staff in the restaurants and on the beach can’t do enough for you, the waiters were so so nice and attentive and smiling everyday and so pleasant their service never once faulted.

Hossam in the bar was always a welcomed sight, always happy and provided the best service for any of your drinks needs and did it with a smile and pleasantness, i hope he will become manager soon because he works very very hard! All the boys were lovely though! The coffee machine at the bar is the one, get your coffee from there rather than the restaurant.

One complaint the taxi service they provide, will try and bump up the prices of trips, they’ll try and rob you with the price and try and get a return trip out of you, for huge amounts of money. Never book a return trip, because quite frankly you can get a cheaper cab back from other hotels eg. Movenpik hotel or just the usual street cabs are significantly cheaper.

The staff that clean the rooms are soo so sweet and lovely, I really appreciated them.
Overall an amazing hotel, the staff are a credit to the brand and all deserve a raise. The staff truly made our holiday amazing and just the calmness of the hotel was just incredible. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!

I. Spent 3 nights there, From the beginning till the end. But for me, the most important was the kindly, very polite, friendly, helpful and professional staff. Thanks a lot to everybody to make my holiday so special

Food: Great with a good variety that can suites a lot of different Tastes (Dessert is an area of improvement),
Food in Paradise restaurant is pretty awesome I really enjoyed Italian.
The Beach bar was great as well and really I enjoyed the best shwarma in Sharm from chef Mohamed.

Animation Team: one of the greatest Teams I have ever met, everyone is very helpful and welcome you with a smile, and I really need to thank Salah for everything he did for us.

Room: Garden View room is a little bit tricky as it's actually the street view not a garden, but anyways the room itself was very comfy.
The room service team is very helpful and attentive and I need to thank Moustafa for the good work and his quick responses for our requests.

even when I forgot something in my room ,I called them and Ahmed from reception thankfully kept it for me till I send someone to pick it up.

Thanks, everyone again, For sure it will not be the last time :)

When we arrived we were provided a room with a road view which had a broken curtain. We requested a change to a pool view room and were charged 100 dollars extra. However thereafter the holiday was positive. If you want the best room you should get a pool view room as this is the best rooms available within the resort.

We visited Baron Palm resort for Xmas 2021. I cant Express enough how amazing the service was from all the staff members from concierge, pool room staff and reception. Anything we required was well organised by the staff. We were greeted amazingly upon our arrival. In particular we would like to thank the bell captain, Ahmed Soliman who went above and beyond.

The resort was very clean and as an adult only resort very relaxing. We will definalty be visiting again some time in the future!!

The egyption resturant was amazing which is included if you go all inclusive. However, the main resturant is limited and very repetitive and would benefit from a choice of a variety of differant dishes dailey.

The resort it also a 5 minute walk from the beach and the hotel caters with a pool bar for all its guests.

The improvement that we thought that could be done is to make the main swimming pool more warmer. The main swimming pool, the one with the water fall is more colder than the sea and during our stay did not see anyone enter that swimming pool.

First up, I really do recommend the hotel. The staff were attentive, chatty and went out of their way to help; I enjoyed lots of the Egyptian food at meal times; rooms were clean and the hotel spotless. I had a great time and am truly thankful to the great staff who made this possible.

My only feedback after my visit is to ask hotel management to consider what more they might do to reduce plastic waste and environmental impact.

For example, we could only access bottled fresh water, this meant my wife and I used 42, single use, 600ml plastic bottles of water for the seven days we were there. The numbers used in peak season when the hotel is full must be staggering. I do understand that fresh water is hard to get in the Sinai desert, however, there must be a better way to reduce this, eg. water coolers at accessible locations so people can refill their bottles.

Similarly, cocktails came with single use plastic straws which could easily be left out. I found a number of straws in the sand on the beach whilst there and was often given drinks with two straws in that went straight in a bin after.

They could also promote reef safe suncreams for snorkelers (as many do in Mexican cenotes to protect the delicate ecosystems there from mass tourism. I noticed slicks of suncream on the water surface where we were diving yet just a few feet below was a stunning reef and aquatic ecosystem.

There should be an option to leave your towels for re-use several times before cleaning (loads of hotels around the world do this) and the complementary cosmetics left could be recyclable/compostable.

Good evening to all the staff of the Baron Palms Hotel, first I'd like to thank you for your interest. Second I'd like to share with you my comment on the hotel stay via the website booking.com
" For the past three years, every time we took a trip to Sharm El Sheikh, Baron Palms resort has been our go to. Unsurprisingly, our stay there over the past week has been nothing short of exceptional. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the very hospitable reception team who checked us in seamlessly within 10 minutes. Mr. Ahmed even upgraded our regular room to a pool view room free of charge!
The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous and, being an adults only facility, you can rest assured you’ll be able to catch a quick snooze on the pool!
The pool lifeguards are extremely helpful and are quick to help the guests set up. Mr.Hasan, one of the pool lifeguards, was extremely friendly and we really enjoyed our afternoon quick chats with him!
The beach is marvellous during the early mornings and there’s a dive-in pier where you can hop off to snorkel. The biodiversity you see around the coral reef as you snorkel is absolutely breathtaking. The waters on the coast line are some of the clearest I’ve ever seen. There are also lifeguards on the dive-in deck which is also very assuring if you’re taking your kids down with you.
One of our favorite aspects of this resort is the food! Mr. Halawany at the Tiran main Restaurant is extremely welcoming and accommodating - he always asked if we needed any special accommodations and even offered to send breakfast to my daughter’s room when she was feeling to unwell to dine in the restaurant. The rest of the restaurant crew were just as cordial and eager to welcome us. We particularly enjoyed the Oriental night that was held on Friday. They served delicious Egyptian food, including an assortment of meats that were grilled on the patio while a live Arabic artist was performing a few steps away. There also served plenty of delicious desserts that it was impossible not to fill your plate!! Later that night, we enjoyed a traditional belly dance and tannoura segment hosted by the fantastic animation team. Shout out to Alex from the animation team for the great Yoga sessions he also held for guests everyday at 4 pm!
As usual, our stay at the Baron Palms Resort has been truly exceptional and we’d like to thank everybody who works there for making it feel like home!

As teachers living and working in Cairo, we wanted to find a resort in Sharm El Sheikh that was adults only in order to have some peace and quiet during our half term holiday. We chose this resort as it was advertised as adults only. At no time prior to arriving were we told that this part of the resort was closed, and in fact had been so, since last March! I was contacted by someone from the hotel the day before we travelled offering me an upgrade to a sea view room. At no time were we told that the adults only hotel was closed. One of my friends, who was accompanying me, had tried without success to contact the hotel by telephone using the telephone number given on our confirmation.

Our rooms were not ready at 2 pm due to late departing guests. Several of the restaurants advertised were shut resulting in lack of choice for meals. Children running up and down the corridors squealing at the top of their voices early in the morning did nothing to alleviate our mood. Persistent salesmen selling everything from massages to scuba-diving were extremely annoying when one was trying to relax on the beach. However the massages were first rate and we all enjoyed a speed boat trip and two of the party a paragliding experience.

Cheap and nasty local alcohol was on offer for those guests who had opted for all inclusive. They guaranteed a thumping head in the morning and the lack of finesse when making cocktails was evident.

That said, the hotel was very well appointed with spacious rooms, scrupulously clean and the public areas both inside and outside the hotels were immaculate. The food in the one buffet style restaurant was the best I have had in Egypt but we were limited for choice elsewhere. The staff were absolutely charming and did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one.

One tip - book an airport shuttle bus - we didn’t know about this service and were stung with a taxi.

I think if we had been able to stay in the adults only hotel and all the facilities were open this would have made for a perfect break ... alas we saw children (whom we all love during term time) everywhere!

Hi Amanda, I don’t recall seeing any sugar free or non dairy in the restaurants, vegan options were limited. But please be careful what you eat we had a horrendous experience with food poisoning definitely from a meal in the a la carte restaurant. We are still having after effects from our October trip and are currently in litigation with TUI & Barin Palms. I don’t wish to spoil your holiday but Please take care.
