We booked three nights during our trip to Fiji as a "treat stay" for a special occasion, and were very excited about our stay. The arrival, as described in other reviews was great, and we were hoping what would follow would be the same. The...More

Did you book the Floating Bure category? If so, these are lovely rooms that are floating inside the marina of the resort with patios on the front of the bure and back to enjoy views and easy access into the ocean. They are smaller and more intimate than the Edgewater Bure. The Edgewater Bures are facing the open ocean side of the peninsula with the best views of any room category looking out on the the lagoon. Each bure comes with a deck area that extends over the water with a ladder offering direct access into the lagoon. You can't go wrong with either category however Edgewater Bure would be our most popular rooms at Koro Sun. Cheers!

You will want to book a flight on Fiji Airways (Fiji Link), Island Hoppers or Norther Air to Savusavu airport. This is a 50 minute flight to Savusavu and a complimentary transfer to Koro Sun just 15 minutes along the coast from the airport. Alternatively you can fly in Labasa on the Northern side of our Island (Viti Levu) and take a 1.5 hour taxi to the resort.
