Stayed for 2 nights in 2x 1 bedroom rooms. Rooms were interconnected as asked. Overall a good experience. Due to the cyclone earlier this year, the hotel restaurant was closed and basic things like plates had to be asked for. However the staff were very nice and provided everything we needed. Be be aware there is no TV on the...

Savusavu is always a busy place and hard to get a booking. We live in Suva and I left it kind of late - I would have chosen a resort over a hotel but it turned out perfect for us. To be fair, the hotel needs a big refresh and I believe it is getting it under new management soon...

I'd only state here for convenience though. Rooms don't have many facilities (no TV for example). Pretty simple and plain rooms. Due to TC Winston the hotel had no food services so unable comment on that.

I recently visited Hot Springs and found the location to be excellent. It is located within walking distance to facilities and amenities in Savusavu town. The rooms are clean but evident that the hotel has been around for sometime as the fittings in the rooms are outdated. The room I had had writing in the concrete ceiling (possibly from during...

After surviving Cyclone Winston in my friends house in Oneva, I felt compelled to come into town and stay in a place that claimed they had working internet, electricity, and running water. The hotel lost the whole front of the building, but was still operating. A few days before I went to stay there, I was told by the front...

Dear Slobarbwire, We are very concerned and sorry to hear of your experience here with us. We did note your very unsettled state of mind at check in, and tried our best to comfort you following your experience during the cyclone at your previous accommodation at Oneva Estate. Our Hotel did sustain severe damage, as well as power outages, (the...

Good stopover place for a couple of days to explore the area if a resort is not wanted. Affordable, clean, spacious rooms and nice enough restaurant for breakfast. Air con not really needed since the rooms have effective fan and good ventilation with the breeze from the bay coming in. The good sized pool invites for a swim. Ill be...

I have stayed in this hotel more than a couple of times and its really nice. You can see Savusavu town and the Bay from the hotel. The rooms are clean and neat with air condition. Its a walking distance to the hot-spring (don't expect a big one coz it's a small one though). and town.. where you'll be able...

The staff of this hotel were amazing! We suffered through a very destructive cyclone during my stay. The cyclone broke windows and destroyed part of the roof. But even through all this, the staff were very professional, helped everyone, contained the crisis, cooked meals on the gas stoves as we didn't have electricity. And they didn't leave to go find...
