Went for a business conference last week , awful facilities , awful staff , takes ages to get something done ,food is bad ,rooms are stuffed with old furnitures ,apart from a good private beach there is nothing to look forward to.

I came with a group of around 50 people for a wedding at the O Hotel. Firstly, when we arrived the welcome was brilliant! We were given necklaces and welcome drinks and felt special after a very long flight! Secondly the room was great. A lot bigger than expected and the entire hotel was very clean considering most of it... More

We stayed for two nights here and there was enough in terms of what to do within the hotel. The service was a little slow and sometimes they seemed not quite upto the mark but the cheerfulness and helpful attitude made up for any infrastructural shortfalls. The pool was nice, the breakfast good and the staff was genuinely nice.

Enjoyed my stay read about staff at the reception some should be sent on customer service course. My breakfast was good and the staff could not do enough for me. The rom was good but at times it was like a prison as my room backed on the main path to the hotel and you could not open the blinds.... More

Decent hotel in a very good location. Rooms are decent, have kind of good beach access also. Decent swimming pool and bar. Good friendly staff. But I guess the whole property has a great potential to become a 4 star if a face lift is done. Also disappointingly they don't give airport drop and pickup.
