Located towards the edge of the backpacker zone in Old Manali this is a good place to stay. Rooms have access to a terrace which was good for soaking up the views and local activity. Nishant the manager was helpful and the restaurant downstairs good, although it doesn't open until late so if you want an early breakfast you need...

Drifters Cafe is located in old manali, the road which has all the cafes. Drifters stand out among all of them. The ambience is superb and so is the food. They offer board games, such as chess and playing cards, one can spend a good time with friends. The staff is very friendly and so is the owner. Drinks are...

Perfect place to stay in old manali. Budget-friendly hotel with wonderful cafe. Nishant is a great host and helped us out in every way we could ask of. Nishant also helped store our excess luggage while we were out on a trek for few days. Upon return, we were also provided with shower and room access with a nominal cleaning...

One of the quiter places to stay in Old Manali. The staff is very helpful and so is the owner. I really loved my stay here. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Even the bathrooms are large enough.

If you like old Manali versus new Manali then you will love this place! It has an amazing view and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The cafe downstairs has good food, a hooka lounge and board games available for guest use. If you are a foreigner be aware that they will charge you more than Indians.

The great little cafe is the life of this place, good selection of Indian and international food, happy hour is good value for those who like a beer or a glass of wine with their food. Live music on weekends and a good buzz inside most nights. Rooms are average Indian, basic but clean, regulation firm beds, stairs up are...

I went to Drifter's as I had heard a lot about it. The interiors is done very tastefully. There are books for people who want to sit around and read. I tried the Himachal special Trout fish and it was the yummiest fish I had ever tasted. And that is saying something since I have grown up eating fish all...

It's the perfect place to stay in Manali, Old Manali actually. We managed to get a week off and decided to head to the hills to beat the Delhi heat. With school holidays in full swing and Manali being the proper host to the tourists, it was better off to stay in Old Manali, away from the mall road humdrum...
