Maa Trinayani Palace, Katra

Good rooms. Good food which can be ordered in advance. Their Poha and Uppama is very good. Tea excellent. Coffee is a little light for south Indians. A working room heater. 24 hrs hot water. Friendly & courteous staff who are willing to help. Had a very good stay.

Worst stay, Had to check out!!!

My stay in this hotel was worst that I had to check out from this hotel after spending few hours only. They don't have basic things in room like kettle or toiletries. Rooms were smelly. Bathroom was smelly. Rooms was as cold as ice when we checked in. They do gave me heater which was not working at all. During winter your 1st requirement is good heating system when you are travelling with kid, which they don't have. Location was very bad.

Great place to stay for family for the holy trip of Mata Vaishno Devi jatra

We stayed with our teenage children and aged parents from 3rd October to 5th October 21. I must say in low to medium budget this hotel provides all comfort. From reception to staff everyone is extremely cooperative and always ready to help. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. The bathroom is spacious and kept clean. The curtains, lilen all were spotless and fresh. Also the King size bed can easily accommodate 3 adults without any extra mattress. Finally the restaurant provides very tasty food, we tried both Indian as well as Chinese ( remember you don't get non-veg or even onion is not used for cooking for guests at Katra) still the food tasted very nice. Only down side if I could mention one is the the location is bit away (3 mins drive) from the main market area, but again hotel has a vehicle they are always ready for pick up and drop if you want to go for shopping. Pick up and drop to and from Banganga or Helipad ( Yatra start point) is also complimentary. My overall experience with this hotel is excellent…

Worst property i have ever seen.

10th of September in checked in around 6 o clock and i asked him water bottel and he said its chargeable i said ok. My sticky room no was 207 and washroom smells like gutter. #Ac not working #Lcd tv since 1990 Phillips (not working due to dish tv recharge) #i ordered yellow daal ( its look like Daal pani) 160inr #property doesn't provide astray. #they don't have match box because everytime guest carried away to their home. # washroom have 2 shampoo pouch 1 rs each black and 2 tinny shop if u wash ur hand they will die on real time. # Reception o god there is men like 45 to 50 age and his attitude like they don't know how to talk to someone.(pathetic, rude,) #they don't have Perasitamol if u want then informed him 30min befor and never seen ambulence on this property) If u planing to visit mata vaishno devi ji darshan then DO NOT GO WITH THIS PROPERTY. Some pictures deleted but u can asmue with this module.…

Spacious hotel not good location

Hotel location is not good it’s far from market but they provide pick and drop for darshan. There is no restaurant or shops near by hotel. But hotel is good spacious, good service. They asked for heater but later provided free, they don’t have toiletries u need to order from shop

Wonderful, Courteous , clean.

This is wonderfull place to stay, everything is good including hospitality, room service, pick n drop , food, wifi. I stayed there for one day with spouse, we had a booking for 5 people but three of them could't go. we booked family room with breakfast. the positive points of hotel are- as there checkout time is 7:00am even though they extended it for us, without charging extra money and they offered breakfast for both days. They have 24*7 free pick and drop service from banganga(initial and terminating point of yatra) to hotel. They picked us at 2:45A.M in just 10mins.

Best Budget hotel for family

Rooms are specious also neat and clean , staff is very kind and cooperative, room service is best, food is also delicious, pick up and drop also available, best for family although outside from city but still I will stay here for next time

Good

It is very nice place to visit with your friends, colleagues and family also. I visited with my family in the month of February, 2019 and I enjoyed a lot. My family also enjoyed pretty much this place.

Good stay

We are very satisfied with the hotel staff, accommodation , and their hospitality. They provided us with early check in and transportation facility . Need to add variety to their breakfast menu. Over all a satisfactory experience. Recommended 👍

Good hotel but little away from the city..

We stayed here for 2 days in December, it was off season so got significant discount from online booking. The hotel is situated on the Katra road, Opposite Bharat petroleum petrol pump, before entering the city. Hotel is big with lots of rooms, we were there in off season so most of the rooms were vacant, rooms are large with a balcony towards back side, reception staffs were helpful, specially the lady who sits there in the morning. One restaurant is there on the ground floor serving only veg food which was decent , not great. Hotel has a Maruti Omni Van which drops it's guests at ban Ganga or helipad and pick up from there also, it's free of cost but dropping at station is chargeable. We were dropped at Katra railway station by the same Van at a charge of rs 150. The hotel is little away from the main city so if someone wants to go for shopping or go to a restaurant then either they have to walk a few kilometres or arrange for car or autos. In peak seasons the hotel may get fully booked but on off seasons no need for prior booking. Overall had a good stay in the hotel for 2 days.…
