I would say its one of the worst hotels I have been to. The rooms are full of cockroaches and toilet seats are broken. This hotel is mess only good thing about the place is the view in the morning apart from that its a horror show.

I have visited the restaurant in this hotel multiple times over the years before it closed down earlier this year. They served great unlimited meal during lunch time. It was not expensive at all. Unfortunate part is that it closed down earlier this ear and does not exist any longer.

out of one of the many iconic hotels in Bangalore, hotel Brindavan is shuting down this Feburary. The years old property has been sold to a rich buyer for a whooping 100cr. Iconic for its history, reasonalble yet comfortable accomodation and authentic Karnartaka cuisine, closing of the hotel is a very sad news.

I have never stayed in this hotel nor will I want to. Looks a bit outdated and uncomfortable for my liking, although it is centrally located. But its restaurant on the ground floor serving South Indian vegetarian meals is superb. The place is a dark longish hallway with tube lights for illumination, very functional huge old wooden dining tables and...

I stayed in this hotel along with my family. Its a historic hotel, bang in the middle of the city. Just next to Brigade road, off MG Road. Dont miss the tasty vegetarian restaurant. The pubs are a walk away from this hotel. Rooms are spacious, but little dated. Might do with some makeover. Service is good. Need to book...

Overpriced, and grotty about sums it up for this place. Good location however. It'll do in a pinch for a night but generally not a good value

I used to stay in this hotel while in Bangalore since the last twenty years. This hotel is an old one but well maintained, situated in the very heart of the city, in M.G.Road, near the famous Brigade Road, Bangalore. I stayed with my friend last time in this hotel on 16th March 2011 for a day. The room was...

Very expensive for this kind of hotel ; if you love dirty places, just go!I think that the lonelyplanet's writer was drunk when he came... There is no shower, and so much noise. We found a much better place in Bangalore for 100 Rs more.
