I have been to this place four times with family and friends over the last seven years. And I never get bored of it. THis place is quite isolated and you get the feel of staying close to western ghats. It is great to just relax, go trekking, swimming and enjoy the camp fire. From the first floor balcony, one...

I had been to this place a couple of years ago ...... Just was planning a visit again so checked on trip advisor. To my surprise the reviews are not good. For the price you pay the place is pretty decent. One thing travellers need to understand is the staff of homestays n a hotel are very different so should...

Its about 285 KM from Bangalore. Road is rough in parts. You have to park you car below at a hutment in the reserve forest and take the hotel jeep up for the last 5/7 KM. Backbreaking! The view is fantastic once you are up there though. Its a home stay and not a resort at all. Very basic. Hot...
