The place has perhaps the best view that one can get, however the rooms are like that of a tattered old shack, the bed linen dirty and the roof leaking. If you are a group of boys come out to have fun then the place is still doable but if you are a family with kids then its best avoided

25 of us planned a trek to Mulayanagiri and Baba Budan Giri with a nights stay planned at Apna Sapna. Before hand we had discussed various aspects with our fellow colleagues about the entire trip including Apna Sapna. The road was pathetic. First one will feel is it worth the trip down the valley in such a bad road. However,...

The worst and disasterous experience we ever had. We cancelled our stay and started back one day earlier. To reach the homestay, we need to travel almost 28 kms uphill from Chikmagalur. Then we reach a villiage Athigundi. From there we need to travel downhill in a worst, terrible and highly dangerous mud road for nearly 3KMs. Extremely risky when...

I had a terrible time in APNA SAPNA stay home. Management has not provided enough information to the tourists and misleading them. The Journey of a stretch of 3 Km is so dangerous and scary I can’t explain that. It’s a mud road and top of it no light. We were not even able to contact the manager as there...

The estate manager Praveen and Reena the lady who book the room are extremely arrogant. They are just worried about the money. We cancelled our 2 days stay and...

It's a superb place to hangout with friends. Facilities that they provided was pretty good and the price also reasonable. Rooms are pretty clean. Best...

The hospitality of this homestay was pathetic and no personal attention was given. We need to compromise on food and worst part was that no electricity was there. Room were of ok types and was inversely proportioid this plan to the charges as that of quality of room. Tried to avoid this place.
