It is a family run homestay. We had booked the Non ac room at a very reasonable price and stayed for only one night. When we arrived to Cochin we first stayed at a different guesthouse but we left after two days due to the rising of their prices. We then moved to prems and we enjoyed all of our 3 days there, the staff was very friendly and helped us with anything we needed, the price was very good if you compare the... More

I stayed here 4 nights. People here are very friendly but the guesthouse really doen't worth its price. This is a moskito factory and every night this is the fight. yesterday I heard a party music until 4 AM. Impossible to sleep. Beds are really hard and the bed towel was like in 500r/night guesthouse... I really DO NOT recommend... More

Stayed here as two couples. We originally booked a family room, but upon arrival, Celia said we could change so we have two separate rooms, which we obviously took her up on. The location is pretty good as you have many many restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the Chinese fishing nets are a further 10 minutes. The rooms... More

We have been at Prem's for two nights and it was a very comfortable accommodation. The room was big, clean, with private bathroom and with a nice balcony. The house is big as well, and that gives you enough privacy if you need it, but you always have the chance to meet the family or the other guests in the... More

We stayed in a family suite but it is not a suite , it is two room with very small toilet (6'x3'3"), since we stayed on Christmas day it was very noisy and we couldn't sleep properly. Food is not available in the property but there are some hotels just 10minutes walk from the property . Hospitality is good and... More

Prems is a beautiful boutique homestay in the heart of the bustling Fort Cochi. I have stayed here several times in the past four years both as couple and with family. Each time we found the service to be exceptionally. The family are very welcoming and will go out of their way to help you with whatever request you have.... More
