The first time I stayed here it was a in 2008 and it was a great change of pace from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai. I really didn't care about wi-fi or service, although the service was great by Anusha and Thomason and their beautiful children. They were hospitable and booked tours and protected my belongings. In other words... More

Oh where do I start on describing my experience at the Fort Kochi Inn? The first night we stayed there, it was booked through Eco Trails Kerala which cost us 3000/rupees a night. At first glance, the rooms were clean, the building had a certain charm and Leena seemed friendly. Then, we decided to extend our stay a second night... More

There are a lot of BnB/ Homestays in Fort Kochi but why I liked Fort Inn was because of its old dutch feel and the wooden work. The place has a character to it. As mentioned in other reviews too the lady Leena is very nice. She went out of her ways to help me since I was travelling alone.... More

I had a good time staying in fort inn , the hosts are really helpful and makes you feel at home . Leena and robin and their son were really charming. Good option to stay in fort kochi . Rooms are really spacious and good decor. Try opting for the balcony rooms.

Leena is splendid! She exemplifies all that is beautiful about the people of Kerela. This very modest Inn has sizable bedrooms with much needed air conditioning as it was extremely hot and humid when we visited Fort Kochi. At times the wifi was fast and at other times fitful. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean but the... More

I went to this guest house in Kochi and I loved it there. Lina is the woman running it and her and her lovely family take care of you as if you were part of the family. Clean rooms, quiet and nice colonial building. Lina is also a great cook so if you have the chance ask her to prepare... More

Big and comfortable room though needed some repair. Wonderful bed. A very slow (and mostly impossible) internet connection. A bit overpriced. The most important, the hospitality of Leena who provided us with all the needed information and tried her best to make us feel satisfied.

I'm sorry it's taken us so long to write a review as we stayed here nearly a year ago now. It was perfect, Linda is so welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. She was always there to answer questions and book anything we needed. Even when we were stuck for a bed one night (she was... More

A local merchant suggested we stay at the Fort Inn. After looking at the room with a balcony and a view of the ocean over the wall and through the buildings we decided to stay. The hospitality was excellent. Leena is an excellent cook!!!!!! Also, Leena helped us with all of our needs including organising a seamstress, shoe repair, washing... More

“The best looking room is the ground floor extreme left. Stayed there twice. Pic attached. Though this makes it noisy too since its bang on the road which sees a lot of traffic. Autos horns can get on your nerves if you are not a morning person.”

“They are all of the same high standard, but the room at the back is likely quieter as its not overlooking the road. The power can be intermittent, as with everywhere in India, but they have a back up generator that they start up soon enough.”

“The double bedroom with AC doesn't have a king/queen bed. It's 2 beds joined together. . So may not be comfortable, esp. for people with bad backs. Extra bed - 500 Rs”
