Spacious room on first floor which had a great balcony where we saw lots of birds and mammals from. Good location with plenty of local cafes. Reasonably close to reserve entrances and ticket office. Owners helpful with advice and booking.

Three of us stayed here and an extra bed was provided with no issues. Rooms are super spacious, clean and it's a nice quiet location in a beautiful spot. Didn't realise you served food Mr Shibu!! I wish we could have known and tried it! Would recommend this to anybody, very good for relaxation as it is totally away from...

Mr.Shibu is very helpful & co operative. Rooms are big, neat & clean. Only tea & coffee are available. View from rooms is towards forest which is quaint & peaceful. Should be visited by fellow travellers.

Excellent Place, rooms are spacious, and you are woken up by bird chirping in your verandah. you will want to go back to Periyar just to stay, wake up in the morning and stare at the open sky and the national park in your backyard.

We really enjoyed the stay in this lovely home stay. Room was very spacious with a beautiful view to the nature. you can see wild animals there and beautiful birds. Just sitting on the balcony and look outside with a cup of tea or coffee, peace and book, or binoculars. If you need water, you no need to go to...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our kind and considerate hosts. Breakfast was served on our balcony overlooking the edge of the reserve. We watched birds, wild pig and mongoose every day. The bed was very comfortable. We ate our evening meals mostly at the cafe opposite. The house is within easy reach of the park and booking office.

Shibu and his wife are always there to help you out with anything you need to make your tour perfect. From transport to...

The rooms are really big. Its a homestay and not a hotel, and i think it will not disappoint anyone. Room facilities are basic and in order. The owners are helpful. but the service is limited, especially if you need anything beyond normal working hours. If you are not comfortable with stairs, you need to avoid.

They serve good chicken dishes, nice apple pancakes and south indian dosa. You will not relish many of the Kerala's restaurants south indian food. It is not as per North indian taste buds for sure. This was one place to which we could relate to. Reasonable for the pocket too, parking available for cars. Dont order mutton dishes, I dont...

Located in the middle of the marketplace, close to good restaurants, shops and theatres for martial arts and kathakali dance shows- I fully recommend it. Rooms, wifi, surroundings, views - everything is excellent! And the icing on the cake are the hosts- they are there 24*7 to ensure you make only happy memories there. :)
