I was very much looking forward to staying here but in the end it was hugely disappointing. Unfortunately there was filming in progress and from arrival I felt we were in the way of this. With no explanation we were led down corridors and up flight after flight of stairs until we were getting somewhat annoyed. We reached the rooftop...

Excellent hospitality and best of the food. Master chef Kishansingji will make you forget your diet plans! Morning breakfast in courtyard with live flute playing with chirping of birds is simply owsome experience.

This really is a beautiful palace and you have the opportunity to sleep on it. Great common areas , exteriors and great customer service but the hotel needs more maintenance. We had a room upgrade on the top of the hotel....when we enter the room we said" WOW what a room "but after we saw humidity in one wall of...

For the price point, I felt that the hotel didn't live up to expectations. The rooms were rather run down as compared to the pictures featured on the website. The service staff, though helpful, lacked heart and initiative. While the food at the restaurant was good, the cost was exorbitantly high for India standards, with at least a 20% surcharge...

At the outset I must admit that I was overwhelmed by the historic and palatial atmosphere of the property. It really felt very royal right through. I would earnestly request the hotel authorities to please seriously look into the upkeep and maintenance of the rooms. Though I'm thankful to the front office for upgrading me to make my stay comfortable....

I stayed there on the 29th Jan with my family. It was a smooth check in and we were given welcome drink and warm towel. The rooms were big and had high ceiling. The lift was unable to be functioned without a staff so we had to take the steps all times. The restaurant service was amazing!!! The prawn curry that...

We had a beautiful large room at the top of the palace with stunning views over Bikaner. The room was cold but we had a heater to warm the room up. The only downside was the bathroom which had an awful smell. This was even noticed by 2 guys who came up to help us switch on the TV. Breakfast...

This is a heritage property that has been partly converted to a hotel. We stayed in a group of 5 and had booked 2 deluxe rooms and one suite.
