An actual kothi converted to a heritage hotel. Rooms and furniture are from an actual kothi. So a definite rajasthani feel about the place. It is run by two brothers who are very hospitable and are always open for a chat about their family heritage and jodhpur. Can't think of any cons.

Its a nice, green and tastefully done old haveli. Which is now being run as a hotel. Helpful staff and owners ,rooms are decent with all modern day amenities. Food is not very impressive. Perfect for travelers who are just looking for budget stay.

It is definitely a heritage hotel run by a hospitable family. The family takes much care to maintain the hotel, but the problem is the staff are not that trained and you cant expect superb service from them.the rooms are spacious but some rooms dont have a view.i assume the property is over priced for what they offer, remaining every thing is ok.

From hotel pick up to drop off we could not have been more impressed or happier with the service from these guys! The room was spotless and very tastefully decorated. Upon arrival we met the owner and his whole family (even his mother and father) for a welcome drink and historical explanation of the residence which was so interesting. The... More

We arrived at Kothi Heritage on Diwali day and were greeted in a very traditional manner with garlands. The family that runs this hotel were very warm and invited all the guest for a small get together while enjoying the fireworks and home made delicacies. Seems the entire family meets and mingles with the guest on two occasions during the... More

The kothi was once a summer palace and used by the family whose 5th generation run it. The structure is intact ,artefacts and rajasthani furniture adorn the rooms .The young owners welcome you and are happy to have a conversation with you about the history and background of the hotel. Kudos to them for still keeping the rajasthani royal effect... More

We were 3 couples and 2 children stayed in Kothi Heritage for 3 nights in Jodhpur. Rooms are very small. Not as shown in pictures. Only entrance looks nice. Staff is not cooperative. However owners are bit decent. Food is okay. Roof top restaurant is very dark. It takes 20 min to figure out some to take orders.

We chose this hotel because we like heritage hotels and the reviews on TA were very good. I think the brothers that own the hotel have good intentions but they are in serious need of a professional manager/management company to help them. The staff have absolutely no idea how to deliver even decent or appropriate customer service. We arrived to... More

This is a lovely property which is owned by the family that runs it and who have been owning it for ages (once their home now converted into a hotel) it has typical royal Rajasthani feel to it. They welcome you the traditional style with garland and teeka along with a welcome drink. The owners are extremely hospitable, polite to... More

We recently stayed at this place while in Jodhpur. It is 130 years old kothi/haveli which has been transformed into a heritage hotel. The hotel lobby as well as rooms are decorated with heritage style. One really gets a feel of royal culture of Rajasthan. The breakfast is served in the backyard garden. The lunch and dinner is served at... More
