This Resort is located just outside Jodhpur just off the main national highway (NH 62) . It is located down a short, narrow track . The Resort is structured like a traditional village with a number of huts with a central dining hall. The accomodation gives a great experince of living in a village- the huts have thatched roofs in...

The cottages are basic but clean, confortable and old world clay and thatch in true Rajasthani fashion. It adds to the experience of slowing down as one spends the time with some long silences, music in the distance with folk songs and the distinct mesmeric sound of the string instruments of Rajasthan. The food hot out of earthen pots return...

The camp and resort is situated on a side road within the Bishnoi village. We reached there late in the afternoon and were kindly allowed to freshen up in the mud huts. The owner took us for the safari and showed us various wildlife including peacocks, blue cows and deer. We were taken to weavers village, saw pottery making and...

We stopped at Bishnoi Village Camp and Resort for a nights transit while travelling between Jaisalmer and Jaipur. After rave review on how this resort represents the Bishnoi way of life, our family was very eager to come over and experience it. A small dirt road leads towards the resort after getting out of the highway. Once you enter the...
