I booked this homestay after checking the reviews from Tripadvisor, but for the price 3200 per night, the homestay had broken tap and bathroom doors. The food too was basic with no availability of Coffee and only Upma available for breakfast. Also, this place is 7 km away from coonoor city, hence at night it gets secluded. The view from...

We were on a road trip and looking for a comfortable place for an overnight halt. The Nest is a nice place away from the town and not very expensive. Food is simple and tasty. There are no shops/hotels nearby. The care taker is friendly.

Beautiful location and tastefully decorated cottages. The Large french windows overlooking the mountains was the high point. The staff is extremely supportive and treat you to home cooked food. The flora and fauna is well maintained . The tea estates are just half a km away from the property. Would love to visit again.

Travelled with family for a weekend. Stayed in the front villa. The view from the cottage is awesome, especially at dawn. The rooms are very well maintained with attention to detail. Loved the French windows in both rooms. Perfect place to gaze at the beautiful mountains and listen to your favorite music or read. We opted for the vegetarian food....

A treat for travellers who are looking for solitude and ease amidst the tea gardens spread across the hilly terrain. Clean, homely and service oriented rooms. A must visit for people looking for home away from home.

We were a pair of couples and stayed for a day at The Nest. The booking was made via Stayzilla as an alternate to the booking which they initially made in a different hotel but was full. We went there without any previous reviews and had least expectations. Before we reached, we were called by the homestay representative Suchitra and...

I had been here around May 2nd week. We had plans to stay on Ooty. As Ooty was too crowded, we decided to stay in Coonoor. While searching for homestays in google maps, I came across this and called them up. The person was nice enough to let us know all the details and helped us giving directions. The location...
