If you book through makemytrip it will be cheaper. And they don't charge for hot water. But there is a specific time for hot water. You get it only in the morning. The construction is old but not at all ramshackle. You won't feel like its coming down or something. You will have a comfortable stay there.
And yes, they don't have TV! I don't have TV at home so it was a blessing for me, but for some it may seem irritating.
