...the rooms do not match. Especially the bathrooms are in need of updating. The onsite restaurants need not be visited. The pool area is a plus, the Wi-fi-situation is quite simply horrendous. The resort is located approx. 5km from the centre of Agra in a not-so-nice part of town (according to my driver).

You would not believe how this beautiful and classic hotel has gone down into the drain due to the poor management and attitude of the staff!!! No hot water, no internet, poor food and customers running away!! We were due to stay three nights but we left after two because the situation was unbearable. While we where there we discovered...

Family Suit we took was good. Clean and spacious. Room Service was sometimes slow. Kids game zone is good. Food is also good. Location is nice. Overall nice experience. it was a marriage function time, so it was little bit fussy for normal guests.

Our check in was smooth took around 20 minutes.Front office staff...

We traveled as a couple and stayed for a night. This is definitely not a 4 or a 5 star property. Rooms are at best 2 stars and very dingy badly requiring upgrade. The towels in the room will give the railways a give a run for money. The food is equally bad with excess salt in most of the...

Right from our arrival the staff were rude, unhelpful and unmotivated. The rooms smelt horrible and looked like a storeroom for excess furniture. Our bed linen and towels were dirty (phoned for clean items however never arrived to the room). Restaurant staff could have been more helpful with accomodating to my friends food requirements and when eaten it was below...

I loved this place, it's huge, really huge. Staff was good, rooms are awesome. Only problem was sewage in room, but I can ignore it seeing other things. Traditional Qila feel. Highly recommended for family . It had a play area too with lots of swings, basket ball, tennis, and swimming pool.
