unsatisfied with the service given, no breakfast and transport to the airport. Not advisable to select this hotel. Not recommended. Even near to the airport but nothing is convenience surrounded this area. Poor air-conditioning and the room is small for a family. Moreover when we are check in late night, officer in charge claimed we are eligible free breakfast from... More

I booked this hotel mainly as an overnight stop over to catch a couple of hours sleep prior to a connecting flight, it is cheap and location wise only a 5 minute walk to the airport. Be aware they walk you to the hotel rather than drive you there due to how close it is. The room itself is dated... More

I arrived during the day and the first thing I noticed when going into the room was the smell of dead animal. I asked to change the room and the staff was nice enough to not argue. The shower doesn't drain well, the towels smell like they have been in humidity for days and the complimentary shampoo was half open.... More

After experiencing 2 weeks of Bali traffic, we decided we did not want the stress of possible delays after our 10am check out, so we booked this hotel by the airport for the day as our flight did not leave until 8pm. We arrived early (they state 2pm check in), but our room was ready, and we literally arrived, shoved... More

While I wouldn't have wanted to stay here for more than one night, the hotel (which, I think, markets itself as a one star) is absolutely fine for staying the night before an early flight. We arrrived at 9pm and left at 5am. It is opposite the airport (there is a busy road in between) so if you've only got... More

We arrive late at Bali and that's why we chose to use this guest house. However, the complimentary airport pickup did not happen and after we spent USD$6 for a five minutes taxi (Bali airport taxi a true rip off) to arrive, the reception told us they forgot to pick us up. The next day th e manager told us... More

BaliRa hotel is just 5 min walking form the airport, but however is a bit too much for what you pay. I paid 400k IDR for one night, no breakfast included and my room was quite shabby. It is good for when your flight is cancelled but otherwise I do not see reason to book it for long stay. For... More

The hotel was clean enough and we chose it as we only needed to stay one night to catch a 5am flight. While the check-in staff was friendly, the receptionist at night repeatedly tried to rip us off by quoting a much more expensive airport transfer price than what we were originally told. When we told him, he refused to... More

This is a budget stop over .... yes it is run down but the room was clean.... bed was comfortable. Airport pickup was prompt and in a good vehicle. The staff are very pleasant.
