the hotel is in the heart of kuta, but it is located in a calm sidestreet so you hear nothing of the main street. the rooms are very clean and we haven't imagend that you can live so central without the loud shopping street that is only a short walk away.

I stayed here 3 times. What i like the most about this hotel is they made me feel like im home. The staff was very very friendly, the room is clean and also has hot water. Not too noisy even located near the busy street of Legian. Too bad they dont have pool.

Staff very friendly, free airport transfer, tasty breakfast, clean nice rooms, bathroom not perfect but hot showers and more than we could ask for at a low price of 350,000 rupiah. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Very central. Clean. Staff are very friendly and honest. Great laundry service. Breakfast as desired. 2 min walk to legian street for resturants and shops. For $25.oo per night per room a great place to stay. For a no frills budget hotel this place is fantastic.
