I stayed in the 6 bed dorm and it was so good that I came back and spent my last 4 nights here. Really clean, no bugs, great bathrooms, lovely staff. The pool is awesome and the location is great. And it was one of the cheapest hostels I could find in Kuta. The air con in the dorms is... More

The location is in Poppies 1, but it's closer if you enter from Poppies 2 in the Legian street. The hotel is pretty nice, good small pool to relax. You can pick a room with fan or aircon, my suggestion, take the one with air con because it can be quite hot in the afternoon. The surroundings is easy to... More

The room we stayed in was nice and we had our own balcony overlooking the pool but the air-conditioning leaked thru the wall in the bathroom causing a small flood. We asked to move rooms and it was no problem and actually got a nicer room out of it at the same price. I would recommend staying here if you... More

The hotel is in a good location to good pubs and clubs but be warned its down an alleyway and when we first arrived and when we wanted to be picked up to leave Kuta- most taxi drivers refused to come down to us due to the difficulty of getting through the side streets. Not a big deal but worth... More

I stayed in the dorm with a group of friends for a night, then decided to stay 2 extra nights before my flight out of Bali. It was fine - the room was clean, good AC, individual lockers and free toiletries. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. It was nice to use the pool at the main hotel. Location was... More

I booked a room here for 4 nights and ended up only staying for two nights because the other 3 nights I spent at someone else's place. I booked the room at a very cheap rate (roughly USD 60 for four nights--that's USD 15 budget a night) and I won't lie and say that the room was very comfortable and... More

We went directly to Kuta area and searching for hotel to stay, from hotel to hotel asking the price. My nephew wanted a cheap hotel but lux with swimming pool. My nephew remembered that once he stay at Kubu Hotel, then we go to that hotel. At first, the reception show us the lowest price, the room located at second... More

Clean enough rooms, at a good price. Air con worked well. Wifi was sketchy at best. Biggest plus was the staff, always eager to help with any information needed. Far enough away from the party strip that it was quiet every night. Highly recommended

Located on famous Poppies street, they do have swimming pool, very simple breakfast and simple room. Some room don't have AC. with also simple amenities. Good for backpacker. Surrounding you can find laundry service, nice Greek restaurant. Be careful using travel agent by the street many are untrue.
