Had an amazing stay for a week at Truntum Kuta. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. 3 Beautiful pools. Pools close at 7pm though, which it would be great if they stayed open later. Room was very spacious. Shower did leak onto floor which also went out into the room as was a shower in bath combo with shower curtain, though I’m sure if I had discussed with the hotel we could have changed rooms, so not a big deal for our stay. Breakfast had a wide variety and changed daily and was delicious. The spa was very nice. My daughter and I had a cooking lesson with Gape and another gentleman whose name I cannot recall sorry, but was a great experience, made 4 different dishes, which were all yummy. Thank you to Intan for organising. Overall a fantastic trip and will be back.…

Very enjoyable. Spacious rooms. By the beach. Close to everything. Great massages in the internal SPA. Everyone kind and smiling. Special mention for Putri (reception). Very good breakfast with beach view and nice poil. We’ll come back for sure.
