The location is right on the beach and the staff are super friendly, especially the front of house and transport organisers. I didn't try their food except for breakfast which was acceptable. Rooms was a bit small compared with other hotels.

As the office person sits at the front desk manually using a typewriter it doesn’t surprise me if they don’t even use a computer. They seemed unhappy we had used A booking agent, but best way to go. We had many problems only addressed when we had had enough and went right off at them.

We were in a standard room ground floor overlooking pool. Close to the restaurant and access to the street. Through Online never had a problem. You can try direct. Be aware there is Bali Rani hotel and Bali Rani Hotel and spa which is where we stayed. This one cheaper accomodation but very good. Try direct can’t go wrong either way.

The Hotel are extremely helpful so I would check out with them. If you are looking for a traditional English cooking for Christmas day then this probably is not on the menu but you never know as there are many European and Australian staying at the hotel. There are many restaurants outside the hotel within walking distance so you may be able to find a restaurant offering roast dinner there. I am sure the cost of the meal would be reasonable.

Don't know for sure but their bungalows might be. Call them direct, i found the office staff very friendly and helpful. Be mindful this is an older resort but with large rooms, clean spacious. I suggest room close to the pool if available. Nice pool, swim up bar never open for our entire stay, but they will bring drinks from the restaurant. Beach is good. I would book again enjoyed our stay. Tip, hire a scooter.
