My wife and i stayed at this hotel for 7 days. It wasnt perfect, but i believe we got what we paid for. The staff where nice and the owner was really nice. For us the hotel was in a good location as we prefer to stay somewhere quiet, but walking distance to everything. Again you get what you pay... More

Very nice landscaped garden. Well maintained. However, I think that's the only positive point for this property. Rooms are tired & showing signs of wear & tear. Dirty bed linen. Hair dryer was not available at request. Choose other villa/hotel if possible.

I stayed here with my family last july. The place is a 20 min walk form the city center on a dark road, the bedlinnen was dirty and the breakfast is very minimum. Room in the first and second building were very moisy. No dinner available. Pool nothing special. For the same price there are better places!

Our view of this hotel is mixed. The location is very good, with a 5 minute walk to main street Monkey Forest Road and Monkey Forest attraction. Therefore close to good selection of restaurants and shops. On one hand the hotel condition is aging with dim ligting, holes in the mosquito nets, mouldy ceiling in bathroom. Hotel breakfast nothing to... More

Eh. Not entirely impressed with this hotel. Walls are moulding, leaking toilet, water will not drain in the sink, door doesn't lock entirely annnnnnnd no safe. When we first arrived and checked out the room the towels were unfolded so we were unable to know if they were clean or not, which made us question if the sheets had been... More

We booked through Wotif and the images/room depicted was not what we got. Instead of paying for what we thought was the best, we got "backroom" old, damaged rooms with broken balcony security doors that can easily be moved off hinges to break in. The walls were moldy everywhere and in one of the two rooms, the ceiling was literally... More

We had the deluxe room and the ambience was very calming. The bathroom lacked hand towels and bath mat, but on request they were promptly delivered to the room along with extra pillows. Gusti was great. He put us onto a cooking tour which was most enjoyable. If you want anything just ask Gusti, he will organise for you and... More

We stayed here for 8 nights. At first we thought it was a downgrade from the hotel we stayed at in Seminyak, but after a while it became our little home. The bed was beautiful and we were provided with complimentary water everyday. The staff were all lovely and accommodating to all our needs. Sometimes they forgot to give us... More

The surrounding area is a quiet one but the hotel is situated 15' away from the city center and 15' from the Sacred monkey forest . The rooms are daily maintained for sheets and towels. The walls of the rooms should get some new paint. Be aware to close the doors from the balcony unless you want to get some... More

Positive : - very friendly staff - easy access to monkey forest drive - close to centre of Ubud but still isolated from its craziness - very well looked after garden Negative : - 3/6 armchairs were broken by the swimming pool - disgusting breakfast, they charge you a lot for two extra miserable pieces of stale bread - slow...
