I stayed at Bambu Indah a few nights ago and was so blown away by the beauty of the place. Rustic traditional bungalows, amazing gardens and views, the only thing I was disappointed about on my stay was the fact that we were unable to have access to go down to a particular swing (over the river) that I was...

This is a wonderful place to eat. We dined here with friends who are regulars at Bambu Indah and came on their recommendation. They have lived in Bali for two years now and still rank this as their favourite place to eat. We can see why. We enjoyed the crispy spinach, grilled tofu, fish, papaya sushi, and steak. Great service...

Great view, great grounds, great houses (all natural: which has its limits like ants and other insect, some of them amazingly noisy, ear plugs provided). Biggest surprise, limited breakfast choices and you have to pay for latte? Black coffee is free but if you add a bit of milk, It'll cost you more than 2 euros...difficult to understand. Smoked duck...

We stayed in the Manis house, which is definitely small, dark, and rustic. But it is an antique Javanese bridal house, so that is to be expected! Honestly, the grounds of Bambu Indah are what made it worth the money. The river pools are out of this world, and have to be seen in person. Make sure you check them...

Location: back of the road location, beautiful sunset though (supposed to be a guest to view) Ambience: open environment, thatched roof Food: chalkboard menu depending on what's ready in their garden (that's why you can't find a menu online) Drink: had a good local Bali beer Service: good, very attentive Cost: comparatively on par - about 50 usd for four...

Bambu Indah is truly more than somewhere to stay, it is an experience. The huts are incredible! The grounds are beautiful. The staff is beyond helpful. We took advantage of the cooking class and Balinese blessing, both of which we loved! We toured the grounds, including to areas they are adding on. Pictures do no justice. This is a must...

I've decided to stay two nights and no regrets ! I fell in love with the place, a jewel in the jungle of Ubud, view on the ricefields, a river aside, natural swimming pool, japanese fishes... Quiet sleep, tasty organic & vegan food coming out from the tropical garden, magical bamboo architecture, sweet & prevenant staff...Hidden places everywhere, just have...
