We spent two nights in an amazing villa at the resort. The hotel staff was really kind and obliging. The view form the privat pool into the jungle each morning was unbelievable. The breakfast and the dinner was really good. The Balinese massage was awesome (an this for only 15 $ per hour). Also Ubud is perfect located for day...

It was so wonderful to return to this magical valley so close to Ubud. This trip we stayed in the spacious 2 storey teak house Villa Melah. Fabulous views down the valley and across to the other side, especially good from the amazing private pool and the verandah above. Slept so well in the cooler clime and comfortable bed. As...

We stayed for two nights in Villa Pererepan, a remote villa situated down many steps and therefore very isolated and private. It's extremely popular - I had my mind set on it and had to book about six months in advance! It certainly has the wow factor as you approach it with its little plunge pool and graceful curved wood...

When we first checked in, we found that the swimming pool in the villa we booked was not clean and had a problem with its filter. They turned it on for us and suggested we reset the filter every time it switches off since it was switching off by itself. We tried that but found that we had to reset...

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights in villa Wilah at Awang Awang. The villa was very secluded and we didn't see any of the other hotel guests during our stay (nor were the other villas visible from our villa). Staff was super friendly and polite. The bath was the best bath ever! Will definatley be back!

We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa with plunge pool. Was great as all the other villas were not even in sight and we felt total privacy and not like you were in a resort full of other villas. Room was nice but quite basic, very open to the outside world as some of the villa just has netting for...

This villa was truly the most unique one I've stayed in for 4 nights. It has a splendid view. Excellent for nature lovers who can appreciate the forest environment. The room has no aircon but is very cooling from evening onwards. There are 2 geckos and a frog in every room to keep the insects away. They're super harmless and...

We stayed in Villa Melah for the second time. We felt peaceful, private and connected with nature. The sound of the waterfall and river is a constant . The night-time fire flies and morning viewing of monkeys swinging through the untouched jungle are a delightful surprise. The staff are the most beautiful people in the world. Ubud is only a...

The villa is outside of the hustle and bustle of the lonely planet brigade of Ubud, mostly surrounded by Balinese people and a picturesque village and padi field, so you do feel you are in Balinese location not a tourist trap area. The villa itself is grand, and comfortable for family, needs a couple of things to be ironed out,...

My husband and I stayed at Villa Awang Awang for 5 nights - 1 in Villa Luwih and 4 in Villa Pereperan (which was unavailable our first night). Upon arrival, the staff had a bottle of chilled champagne ready, flowers in the bathtub, and swan towels arranged nicely on the bed - it was beautiful! The views are stunning, and...
