I was here last year and came back...it's my new home in Bali., quiet, peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful infinity pool. My room on the ground floor opens out onto the pool with mosquito netting around the bed. Bathroom is luxurious with a private outdoor shower. Breakfast of fresh fruit, fresh juice, eggs, cereal, yogurt, toast included. Transport to...

The hotel is lovely and full of history of all sort of retrite with the world know masters. Yoga and meditation classes each day and spa treatments is avalaible. I felt like i was in a peaceful place, full of greenery and away from the mobs of tourists, but at the same time, a short distance from the restaurants and...

Spent some time for a wonderful yoga retreat. Perfect place for a group booking. Lovely staff, beautiful, clean surroundings. Wonderful pool, daily massages and the most delicious fresh food. A nice 30 min walk from central Ubud but drivers can take you in and back, no hassle. Couldn't ask for more.

I booked a week long stay at Villa Gaia in February. I travelled there from Sydney, Australia. Despite my concerns that my flight had been delayed, my driver from the Villa was there waiting for me which was very comforting as I was traveling alone and it was the early hours of the morning when I arrived. The staff at...

There are a lot of positive things with this place and a couple of negative ones. To start with the positive - the rooms and all area is nice, well maintained, clean and walking distance from Ubud center. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated. Villa has a big open communal area to enjoy and appreciate the green surroundings of the...

We were cared for as Gods and Goddesses, and treated to food so delicious and lovingly prepared. We must say a special thanks to Dwi, who...

I arrived a few days early before attending an organised Divine Soul retreat to be held at the same premises. I was warmly greeted and supported by all staff for guidance on transport (local and airport transfers), meals, local attractions, Bali culture. Nothing is ever a problem. Very close to central Ubud, with a gorgeous building capturing the natural flow...

There is no shortage of villas, resorts or homestays in Ubud. But Villa Gaia will make you feel lucky every minute you're there. The view, the feeling of seclusion, the huge open main room in the center that is perfect for large groups or just a party of one. The staff has been trained to a fare-thee-well. They know how...
