Other than the greenery, I dint like anything in the hotel. Most importantly staffs were very rude, I had three night stay, they provided one small water bottle on first day and nothing after that, one day at night i asked them for a water bottle, they denied and when I said in every hotel we get atleast one water...

This is a very beautiful 'Balinese' style hotel in Ubud. The lobby opens up to reveal lush gardens down a long path with 'villas' on either side. I stayed in 2 different rooms, I had trouble with the wifi and they happily moved me. The rooms are gorgeous with thatched ceilings, netted beds, huge bathrooms - slightly open air for...

This should be 5 stars but I took away 1 for the daily supply of drinking bottled water that should be given as courtesy. Everything else was great most especially the staff, ambiance, location and of course the rooms itself. We would definitely come back given the chance. Made and Ke tut were both awesome.

The staff and owners are very efficient. Just email your dates, where you coming from and where going for transferrs ( example IDR 350,000 private car from airport ). All done so you can relax and enjoy your time at Ubud. The staff can also arrange entertainment and activities in other areas ( Bali Bird Park / Reptile Park ,...

Sadly our visit didn't align with other reviews here. We stayed in four hotels in Bali and this represented the least value for money. A real shame, because it had great potential and a really good location. Unfortunately though, we found the room dark and run down. Things like broken bulbs/bathroom counter and peeling walls/flooding shower didn't bother us too...

We had 2 rooms upstairs. Easy stairs to climb not steep like often find in Bali. Lovely friendly staff, always willing to assist. Nice basic rooms with everything you need included like dvd player, mini bar & a/c. Close to many restaurants, breakfast choices simple but sufficient for a small hotel - total rooms 11. If you have an early...

Great location, right near monkey forest. Monkeys swung from the balcony and watched us around the pool but weren't aggressive. Room was nice and balcony had a great view. Bathroom was a little small and pokey but did everything we needed it too. Location was amazing!

Stayed in Room #1 (standard) for 7 nights. Great location - right off busy Monkey Forest Road. But so quiet when you get back there. My room was upstairs and overlooking the pool. No bath - which you get with the deluxe rooms. Rooms have minibar, kettle, air cond, wifi, hot water, tv, DVD player and outdoor sitting area. No...
