Firstly, thank you for staying with us. We regret that there are still a few aspects of our hotel that have regrettably failed to meet your expectations, for that we utterly apologize. Please allow us to explain about this misunderstanding. Unfortunately, your statements is not perfectly match with what is exactly what happening here. Your reservation with us only for 2 nights, but you decided to early check-out so you stay with us only for 1 night. And according to the agreement regarding to the scooter rental, you only rented for 1 day only. Secondly, the scooter was NOT STOLEN BY OUR HOTEL SECURITY. But the scooter was stolen under your supervision. Responding to this case, our hotel staffs arranged a meeting with you and the police department at our hotel, hoping we can solve this case. But you decided to early check-out, so we can't investigate any further. Because you're leaving and based on our agreement, we hold your money for the scooter guarantee at IDR 5,000,000 net. We will REFUND it once you return the scooter or decide to solve this case with the police department. And your statement stating our receptionist and the security was laughing at you is NOT TRUE. The truth is, the situation at the hotel is very crucial because of this case. And regarding to your statement about the cleanliness and staff service, please allow us to share that we continuously focus to keep the rooms and facilities in the best condition possible. We are thankful to your constructive feedback regarding our service was not up to your satisfaction.
