Had a busy week in Surabaya.
For bussines purpose, had a event and stayed in here.
Overall this hotel (i think) too old for Mercure chain.
Interior room is too old.
But i got superior room due for a bonus.
Restaurant so far so good.More

We have stayed here a few times now, Very nice hotel with well trained staff - Special mention of Mas Trio, Front Office supervisor who's helpful, accommodating and served with passion and smile. Spending time work out in a gym and dirty swimming pool.
