My boyfriend and I were staying at City Inn in Makassar for two nights and we can NOT recommend this hotel at all. At first, we had to ask the staff to change the sheets in our room, they were obviously used before (splotchy and smelly). Also, there was no breakfast in the morning, although stated otherwise. On top of...

Thank you for staying in our motel, and your comments which can make us to improve our service. After we did the full investigation on your complaints, by calling our staff theft, it is a serious matter, We cannot quite agree on this; also from our record, you stay for one night, not two nights as you commented. You and...

stayed here for a night before i went to bira. my room and bathroom (with hot shower) is pretty clean. good wifi signal in my room. there is also a led tv (local stations only). i didn't hear any loud noises from outside, maybe because it was weekdays. left early in the morning, so i didn't try their breakfast.

I have to agree with some contributors that the night club across the alley was really noisy from 11pm to 2am. We stayed here for 2 nights, 3 girls using two single beds pushed together. There’s no elevator but we are happy to get an upper floor to avoid street noise. The staffs were super friendly and very responsive. Anyways,...

From the airport we took the DAMRI bus (25,000 IDR) and got off at Jalan Sultan Hasanuddin street. From there we took a taxi that charged us around 15,000 IDR to the hotel’s front door. The staff at the front desk gave us a warm welcome. We asked for a room with strong WiFi and they gave us one right...

We stayed here on our way through to Tana Toraja. We were tired after a lot of travelling and wanted a goodnights sleep - however the room was opposite a really loud nightclub which vibrated the window and floors (this was a thursday night). They at first refused to move us saying the music would stop at 3am it was...

On arrival the staff were happy to let my daughter know via Facebook that I had arrived safely and organised a taxi for my transfer to the airport at 2.30am. They also went to the trouble of preparing a simple breakfast for me at 2am. The location is central with a friendly restaurant ABE Cafe and Restoran next door and...

My daughter and I stayed two nights here in early October. It was a delightfully friendly, clean and attractive business-style hotel, although guests do need to be able to cope with stairs. Breakfast, which is described as 'express', was only tea or coffee and a slice of white bread and jam. As we don't eat white bread, we just had...

“NOTE : There was no swimming pool or children's activities....I didn't mean to rate these but can't delete them! We had to ask to be swapped to a room with single beds, and that meant an extra flight of stairs.”
