The managment and staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean. The wifi didn't work in the room and only worked in the lobby area which wasn't cool specially given the high price I paid to stay at the hotel. The breakfast was ok. The hotel is not within the walking distance to the pier (downtown) so you'd have...

We stayed here for 1 night in between traveling... we thought we would lash out and stay at a nice hotel... it was ok. Nothing too special.. the wifi didn't work at all in our room, the pool area is beautiful, staff are really good and helpful. I just don't think it's the best value for money.

Staff very sweet/friendly. Very nice garden and pool area We saw in other reviews comments that the beach and the sea are dirty. When we was there the sand was clean and the sea quite clean. For sure not "dirty". Rooms are clean. Breakfast ok. Hotel offer transfer to town center (IDR 50.000/car) what is in line with local transport....

A bit out of the city centre , rooms are big and clean, very simple forniture and simple food . Garden and pool are very nice . Average hotel . Staff are polite and friendly . I don't have anything more to say but trip advisor insist that I have to write at least 200 words so I hope now...

hHis review is written from the perspective of an American who has been living on Flores for 2 years and hosted a visit from a group of 9 Americans. I cannot say enough good things about the staff who helped make the advance arrangements. Once we arrived, the great service continued. We were greeted at the airport by a friendly...

Bintang Flores is one of the top class hotels in Labuan Bajo. Rooms, especially bathrooms are pretty small compared to similar hotels. The food is good. However, like in any other 4 and 5 star hotels in Indonesia it costs an additional 21% tax. There is nothing close, like a restaurant or warung makan. It is about 3 km to...

I came to the hotel on my way to take the diving cruise to Komodo. the Staff help me with all contacts, then I spent the afternoon by the swimming pool and observing the sunset. I ordered some food and it came well prepared and hot to my place by the swimming pool.

I recently stayed there 3 nights in September. The hotel is right on the beach however the entire shore line was littered with plastic bottles and trash washing in from the sea. Of course, no one was swimming in the beach. There was a very nice pool area next to this trash strewn beach. Saw employees hanging about doing nothing,...

We were recommended to stay here as it was the best hotel in Labuan Bajo and it was very nice. Good attentive staff and the rooms were all very clean. The swimming pool area was good but the beach was a disappointment, it had Rubbish over it and just the other side of the beach wall was a rubbish dump...

Quite far from the center of town however they provide paid transport. Very nice swiming pool and garden but very dirty beach. Rooms and whole hotel require renovation however the room was very clean. Unfotunately none of rooms, despite view on the sea, have balcony. The staff was friendly and helpfull but their uniforms looked like very old and not...
