Outstanding hotel especially if staying on the suite side. One and half bathrooms with separate sitting room and bedroom. Great lobby.

Jaffa is closer by far than Jerusalem from where you will be. You would certainly be able to enjoy Old Jaffa in a half day. In my opinion you would need to be able you commit an entire day for Jerusalem.
