We went as part of a tour group travelling the Holy Land. Our room was wonderful. Early morning wandered out to witness the most beautiful sunrise at the Sea of Galilee. Location of this hotel is very peaceful and tranquil. Excellent food and staff were friendly.

Our tour group was there on 6/6/16. I stayed on the 7th floor and had no problem on the room given. Thank God no ant or cracked tile or wall. The room was clean. The staff and management quickly attended to our request for towels in our rooms. Great location facing the Sea of Galilee. Unfortunately, we stayed one night...

Dirty rooms with ants, dirty bathroom with unrepaired holes in the walls, unclean dust in the room floor, dirty mattresses, unclean balcony, very noisy in the reception, missing wifi in the rooms, very far from the downtown, bad choice.

The quests are noisy. Food is average. Rooms are average. In a very good environment and neighborhoods. On Shabbat day very crowded. The price is reasonable. My score is average. For the sake of the price I would go there again, I think.

We stayed for four nights as part of a pilgrimage tour. The hotel has excellent views over the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights beyond, and good facilities including an outdoor pool and patio area. The rooms were simple, the decor is dated, but clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome. Food was served "buffet style"...
